We alternate three meat options along with our Turkey sausage daily and also alternate our egg options daily to provide our guests with a variety of options when staying more than one day. We do offer Bacon two days out of the week so hopefully when you return, it will be bacon day. You are welcome to email me in advance when you return, and I will assure you get some bacon. Thank you for your feedback. I must say, this is the first negative feedback I have heard about our new mattresses that were put into our guest rooms last Spring. Our guest rave non stop about how comfortable they are. I apologize that you did not enjoy them. Our renovation started early this year and we hope to be complete by early Spring, We are so excited about the renovation and we do have this advertised on all of our websites so our guests are aware prior to arriving. We do include a reminder in our welcome letter. We are completing a complete interior and exterior renovation to bring our guest a brand new experience. The crew operates weekdays 8:30am-6pm and weekends at 10am. They do not work in the night hours. We have completed the 3rd floor guest rooms and they are working on one end of the second floor which you saw was tarped off. Rest assure, work was not being done above your room on the 3rd floor or late night/bed time hours. I’m glad to hear your arrival experience went well. Safe travels.
