The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean. The breakfast had hot and cold items. The lobby had a very roomy sitting area with games for people to play and televisions. There was an indoor pool and exercise room. It felt very safe.

The hotel was clean, the room was nice, the shower didn't work at all! Not even a drop of water. When my husband told staff at the front desk, they didn't care, didn't try to give us another room , a refund or even a discount. So we couldn't even take a shower at all. This would have been an easy fix. The staff on duty chose to not care. Very poor service for a quality hotel

The room was great! The amenities were a bit underwhelming (Most of the cardio equipment in fitness room was out of order, the breakfast area was essentially the front hallway, pool was under maintenance each morning), but all-in-all, it was a good experience. No issues.
