KITCHEN: Includes dishes, pots/pans, silverware, glasses, etc. Full-sized appliances-dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig & drip coffee maker w/ K-cups & coffee groups/filters. 6-seat dining table. Basic cleaning supplies & detergent/soaps
FULL BATHRM: Dual-head shower, bath/beach towels, hair dryer, & travel toiletries
LAUNDRY: Full-sized washer & dryer w/ detergent, softener, & dryer sheets.
LIVING RM: Huge leather sectional, futon that converts to a full-sized mattress, & 65" smart TV.
OUTDOORS: Private balcony deck off the living room. Ample space for parking & open grassy yard
