I didn’t ever use the free breakfast because it was just lot of sugary carbs, and the coffee wasn’t too great, but other than that it was Exactly what i needed, not fancy but just about perfect in every other way. Nice little kitchen too!

This property worked out just fine for our needs as we were in town for a few days to help our daughter with a move and just really needed a place to sleep. All hotels were pretty pricey since it was during Keenland's Spring Meet but the Mainstay Suites was relatively affordable in comparison. The property (combined with Quality Inn) is quite large but very quiet and staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast options are limited so we didn't really take advantage of that other than coffee. However, the dining area is quite large and was very clean. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

It’s was a nice place and we felt safe. It was very quiet. Only complaint is there wasn’t many toiletries in our bathroom

We stayed two nights. We were looking for a budget friendly option with a kitchenette & complimentary breakfast. Room was cute & functional, but not the cleanest, the floors needed to be mopped/vacuumed & we found hairs on countertops. The following morning, we went down for breakfast & there was an employee “monitoring” the breakfast station. She was extremely rude, make us uncomfortable & gave us dirty looks the entire time. In the hallway, we passed by a guest that had been staying for an extended time, she stated that lady had been awful to her as well. Next, we had to go back to the front desk to get replacement keys, as ours wouldn’t open our room. Finally, the noise from above us was horrendous, it sounded like we were under a kitchen — the sound of heavy scraping across the floor 2-3 times every 30 minute, lasting our entire stay. Overall it wasn’t the worst experience, but it was great either.

Happiness and comfy.
I Really like this hotel! Great service friendly people and it has kitchens which is a definite plus no oven just stove dishwasher sink microwave (big refrigerator) washers and dryers are front loaders which is kind of a downfall because it ruined one of my jackets:(.... So be careful! Other than that everybody is wonderful beds are comfy I have no complaints definitely will recommend this place to anyone that needs a great place to stay come stay at Mainstays with splash mainstay/quality inn airport i-75!

Nice place.
Upon entering this hotel, it smelled and looked great. Employees on the other hand, not so. Front desk lady for checking in didnt smile or welcome us once. Acted like I was interrupting her. Floor between toilet and shower dirty, with hair and other dirt. Otherwise cleanliness of room fine. Employee in breakfast area smanked me for not using tongs to get a paper lined muffin (my apologies); which wasnt fully cooked, while she was dealing with the food with no hair net or gloves!! It was a nice place to stay, but employees need a lesson in how to treat customers properly.

I like the stay at the mainstay because it has a kitchenette so yheres access ro more room for more drinks and or food. Also its conveniently on the first floor. As to where the quality inn is the top floors.

the kitchen was a great thing really didnt know I was getting that, its all great and real coffee cup and microwave, the only small complaint is the refrigerator made a loud noise, I got used to it but it is going bad.

Would have been better to sleep at a road side rest area! Half roll of toilet paper , only decaf coffee in room , the television kept buffering and could not watch anything, the electric went off twice. Went down to front desk and asked what was going on. The man working front desk said it would be an hour and a half before back on. He told us nothing he could do call the city! Since we need to be at our destination in only a few hours I was very frustrated and asked why hotel across the street have electricity we should have stayed there! He then told me you can! And when going back to my room he yelled down the hall what’s your room number so I can check you out! Rude and not at all professional. My family and I will never stay at your hotels again. Not because of no fault of the hotel the electricity was out but because of the rudeness and the room itself.

Good hotel, decent price
The hotel is located in a great area. But the pillows were tiny and uncomfortable. For a double bed, there wasn't much space on it for two people. Floors needed a vacuuming and the bathroom didn't feel as clean as it should. The shower needed more water pressure. Needed more lighting in the room.

I was stuck waiting for my room until almost 7pm. Check in was at 3. I was out of state, had no where to go but wait pm my car in the heat. When the room was finally ready, the bed was so uncomfortable, we had to sleep the opposite way because it kept sagging down by our heads. Not impressed at all.
