Blissful Bluegrass Bungalow
Such an adorable house. We were looking for a rental that had history not something newer. This bungalow surprised us. Oozes charm! Close to everything. Backyard is very large, house is clean and beds were comfortable. We had such an enjoyable time watching people go by and chatting with neighbors on the front porch. Thank you for sharing this gem!

Great stay at the Bluegrass Bungalow!
Our family of 5 adults enjoyed a great weekend stay for our son’s UK graduation. Convenient location near Kroger Field on a quiet residential street. Appreciated the spacious layout, especially 2 full baths, 3 large bedrooms and big kitchen and dining room space. Thank you!

Great house in a great location
Everything about our stay was fantastic. The check in process was super easy, Ethan was very responsive, the house was clean, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable, and it's in a great location. The neighbors are friendly too!

Great place, great location!
Had everything we needed for a large group. It was very clean! The location was close to UK. One thing to note, the twin bed that’s shown in one of the bedrooms is a portable cot. That was a surprise for our sleeping arrangements but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay
Everything about our stay was perfect and Ethan was great at checking in on us during our stay. Clean home & great location to UK Campus and downtown Lexington. We enjoyed hanging out at the house and sitting on the beautiful porch.

Our daughter is a catcher for UK. We were in town for the John Cropp Classic with friends. This was our second stay at this house. It is clean, cute, and GREAT LOCATION. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We celebrated Christmas (a few days late) with family at the Bungalow. The house was very clean, neighborhood was nice and the property owner was super helpful. I highly recommend this gem.

Excellent Lexington Home
Stayed here for a girls’ weekend getaway and the location and home were PERFECT. If you’re looking for an easy place to stay while you explore Lexington and the surrounding areas this is exactly what you need. Beds and bedrooms were extremely comfortable, location was beautiful, and you can walk to pizza and a beer garden. What more could you possibly need?? :)

Perfect for a girls weekend!
My best friend (58 years and counting) and I stayed here to celebrate both of us turning 70 this year. It was about halfway for both of us and in the great city of Lexington. And even though the cottage was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions, we never left the property, except to take a walk on the lovely, quiet street, chock-full of quaint mid-century Craftsman houses, a lot of which had been renovated and boasted beautiful gardens. The weather couldn't have been better, and we spent most of our time sitting on the wonderful front porch rocking away, and watching the neighbors passing by with children and dogs. We both said we could easily be happy living there. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen and baths were modern and well supplied. We really loved it there, and both said we want to make it an annual event. Ethan was very easy to communicate with and even laughed at my silly jokes. Haha! Thank you so much for providing this lovely cottage for your guests' enjoyment! We'll be back!

Very comfortable house close to everything in Lexington
We spent a couple of days at this property while visiting family in Lexington. This house was very comfortable to spend time in. It's a nicely updated and well thought out older house that retains its historic character yet has all the modern conveniences. The property is close to UK yet still in a quiet neighborhood. It's a very short drive to most of the things to do in Lexington. We highly recommend this property.

Adorable Bungalow
We had 6 adults from across the country meet in Lexington for a weekend getaway. We loved this bungalow! It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils you need for meals or morning coffee. The bedrooms and bathrooms had ample space and was calm and inviting. There was wood for the fire pit and charcoal for the grill. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping. We highly recommend this place!

The house was perfect and very clean. It is located in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to businesses. My only suggestion would be to have the lawn mowed. As with any older home it has its creaks but that also gives it character. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great visit

This is a wonderful home! Spacious and comfortable.. we stayed with our 2 kids - 16 and 18.. each loved having a queen size bed and TV in their rooms.. and we all enjoyed hanging out in the living room together! Be aware that portable fans are a must for the upstairs as it does get warm. Windows do open as my daughter did this a few nights. Bedrooms are all upstairs so if you have any mobility issues, take that into account. Location can’t be beat - easy access to UK campus, Fayette Mall, UK Arboretum which is beautiful. Ethan, our host, was super responsive when I had a question about the washing machine. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Ethan for a fantastic stay at Bluegrass Bungalow!

Cute Spot for a Weekend Trip!
I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Lexington who wants to be near UK. It’s a cute spot that’s well kept, has cute furnishings/decor, and was near enough to campus without being in the middle of it. Our host Ethan was also good about communicating with us before and during the check in process and was easily accessible our whole stay. My friends and I have already said that we’d stay here again the next time we visit Lex. Having the space and common areas was a nice alternative to a traditional hotel experience.

Very comfortable beds! Great outdoor fireplace, nice front porch with rocking chairs. Plentiful tvs, and some fun board games. Conveniently located, and safe area. Well stocked kitchen to make meals... except for the worst can opener, barely worked. All bedrooms were great, extra blankets ect. Bathrooms were nice, but had an issued with downstairs shower door not closing. I am sure the owner will fix it as I told him about it the first day. And upstairs Bathroom was hard to close because it is a pocket door and doesn't line up properly. So all in and all if you are looking for a cute house with character you will have a great stay. Extra touches some snacks and bottles of water upon arrival, stocked firewood, access to grill, and laundry detergent

We were in Lexington for medical reasons. This house was very close to hospital. Very clean and provided a great place to come back to rest. Would be a great house for couples coming to town for UK games or any activity. Communcation was easy with Ethan. House has all essentials so if you over pack, like I do, there is no need. Our daughter loved the take one leave one game, and she is over 21. Ethan will explain if you rent house. Kelly
