Great Stay

House was exactly as described. Very well kept and clean. Location was excellent for event at the Horse Park. Had one minor issue and David was very prompt in his response.

Great place in north Lexington!

Great place to stay! Conveniently located for all our activities. The house was plenty of room for our group of 8. Very clean and owner was responsive to messages. Can’t go wrong staying here and will definitely be a go to when in the area.

Excellent location, exactly as listed

Condo/townhouse is very well maintained with plenty of space for several people (we were a family of 5 with adult kids). Location was perfect, near any restaurant/grocery needed. Very quiet neighborhood as well. We had a minor issue with one bed but it was resolved and the host was more than accommodating, even refunding some of the stay.

Perfect for showing at the horse park

Great house with a perfect location if you are showing at the horse park! 10 minute easy drive back and forth! Comfortable beds and living area. Easily fit our group! Thanks again!

Quick Stay

We were in town for a music festival so we didn’t spend much time at the house. The place was clean, although there was a slight mildew smell in the house which is why I would assume there is a dehumidifier in the main room. The bedrooms are fairly sparsely furnished, but the beds were comfortable.

Bourbon Chase Runners

A nice place to sleep and shower after running 215ish miles across Kentucky for the Bourbon Chase. The air mattresses came in handy for those who did not want to share a bed. The bottled water in the fridge was very thoughtful. David sent a text message to ensure we were good to go. Would stay again.

Great home in great location

Our group of 5 had an excellent stay in this home. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the north side of town and close to both city center and the interstate. The owner is a great communicator who asked several times if we need anything during our stay. Plenty of room for our group.

Quiet and convenient neighborhood

We loved this home. Perfect for our large family and our kids. Great for visiting with each other. The basketball court in the backyard was a nice touch to making sure you had plenty to do. Close to everything and very safe neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Great house with awesome shower

Lovely house with plenty of rooms for people to sleep. Master bedroom downstairs has an incredible shower with blue light and other perks (very romantic). Host was very responsive, would highly recommend !
