The place was clean. Staff was nice. Room was good. But the room heater air-conditioner sounded like a rock grinder. Hard to get a decent nights sleep, especially when thats why you are there. Was told that many of the units were aging out this way. So since its a known problem, i wont be staying at this location ever again.

The room was in poor condition, marks on the doors, plastic baseboards coming unglued and peeling away from the wall. The AC/heater made a loudish noise that sounded like someone was plowing snow outside. Mattress was good, sheets were clean. Staff was personable and helpful.

We have stayed at this property multiple annually for EKU homecoming, the previous 2 years we stayed else where. Decided to come back to this property this year. Looks like the rooms have been let go, roaches, no breakfast, tub was dirty, staff was not friendly. And the drama on across the hall was ridiculous throughout the night, and staff did NOTHING about it. Sad to see this property decline. It’s always been a favorite location. To top it off when I checked out, FOUR employees behind the counter not one acknowledged my presence.

Bed and a Shower - not much more.

Warm, clean bed. Warm shower. Room was updated and clean, but the rest of the hotel was very worn and tired. Doors showed years of wear, carpet in front of room was dirty and sticky. Continental breakfast wasnt started half an hour after start time. Had to wait 10 minutes for reception to finish smoking before I coukd check in.

Clean, comfortable dog-friendly rooms for those travelling with pets. Close to freeway, so very convenient. Very nice staff at the front desk, and the area and hotel felt safe for this single female traveler. Rooms for both my stays on this trip were very good for the price. One room had a slow-draining tub, and front staff was very responsive to putting in a work order to address it. Would definitely stay here again, especially due to friendly and kind front desk staff!

The room was ok; comfortable and clean but the shower/tub was very date and dingy. The highway noise was VERY loud. There was no TV remote. The front desk associate was able to find one that worked. The elevator was sketchy. There is no ice maker on the 3rd floor and out of order on 1st and 2nd floor. There was no breakfast. When we left a women is sweatpants vaping outside thanked us for staying, apparently she was the desk clerk!
