Weekend Getaway!
Great location! We went to horse races at Keeneland on Saturday (about 40 minute drive) and hiked East Pinnacle in Berea College Forest on Sunday (about 20 minute drive). Beautiful and so much fun! House was spotless and included all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive to all my questions; provided lots of tips on dining options in area. EKU is just a block away! Beautiful campus to take a walk.

Comfortable stay in a sweet home
We were very happy with our one night stay here. There was plenty of room to house our group of five. We all had a good night's sleep thanks to the very comfortable beds. We also appreciated the special touch of the artwork by the owner's mom; it made it feel like home.

Beautiful Home in Close Proximity to EKU
This was such a perfect home for our campus visit to EKU. The owner was so responsive and the home was beautiful, well-maintained, and felt warm and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend this home for those reasons as well as walking distance to EKU and many restaurants.

Convenient location
Close to campus and downtown. Stepped outside Friday evening 12/1 to witness the Richmond Christmas parade running along adjacent Lancaster Ave. Was a sweet surprise just steps away. Plenty of room for a family of 6-8 without feeling cramped.

Friends getaway!
We are friends from high school enjoying the autumn season in the country! Scenery was breathtakingly beautiful! The leaves had turned in such amazing colors! Food was great and the house was located in a good spot easy access to the freeway & shopping etc. Nice weekend getaway!

Perfect location
This was a perfect location for both a visit to Richmond and to Eastern Kentucky. Loved being able to walk up to a local coffee shop and having quick access to the university. Would absolutely stay here again. The only reason for 4 stars is that the property did not have laundry available - however, it was advertised accurately. I just overlooked that and being a family with teenage boys, it would have been a plus. But otherwise a perfect stay!

College orientation
This was a great place within walking distance of EKU for my daughters college orientation. Very clean and comfortable beds. A great yard area is included if you are staying longer, as well as a grill! We would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay at The Wellington
We had an awesome stay at The Wellington. The home was super clean. Accommodations were exactly as advertised on the site. We also enjoyed all the great spots to eat that are within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great location
House was very clean. Great location and within walking distance of a couple local restaurants. Beds were probably the most comfortable we have had staying at a VRBO. Lots of blankets throughout the house, which was perfect. They had everything you needed and then some. Very organized house. Host responds quickly too. The only con I have, is the upstairs shower has a window with frosted film cover. You can see through it enough to see a bit too much. We checked, so don't shower at night unless you block it . We were able to block it with a towel but they may want to get a different window film for it. We had a great stay.

Graduation Weekend
Loved the feel of home at every turn. ... even had a Christmas tree for us in the living room. And our family watched the Christmas parade from the front porch. This was the perfect location for visiting with my daughter during her graduation weekend. We were all comfortable, had easy access to everything in the area and especially EKU events. Perfect place
The house was very nice and clean. Well stocked with pots and pans. Keurig coffee pot with coffee (only decaf) and hot chocolate pods. We had a fire in the fire pit outback. The 3 queen beds were all so comfortable. Lots of places close by to eat. We visited White Hall Historical Mansion and Chenault Vineyard.

The house is move in ready. Every little detail has been well thought out and I personally loved the Christian things you would see here and there. She worked with us to change a date when we needed to then to add a few extra days. You won’t regret renting this house!

This property was very comfortable, clean and easy to get to from I-75. On our trip to Florida from Ontario, we stayed on the way there and on the way back. Close to restaurants for take away meals and kitchen was well appointed.

Close to everything
Cute house with lots of character. Some of the furniture was questionable for a larger sized man and the rocker in the living room is difficult to figure out. It was a nice place for my wife and in-laws to stay for a few days. We did feel it was a little invasive to receive a request of an additional fees for our 18 month old for which we provided everything for.

Scott and his family were very kind to the house, easy to communicate with and are welcomed back any time. We appreciate our attention being called to the glider and will look to see if we need to repair or add instructions for use. All guests are insured, so we required an accurate head count (no matter how small the head) to ensure we are compliant and the guest is covered. We asked permission to charge for the extra head, as their reservation was for 4 adults only. Permission was granted. It is better to identify everyone in the party, then ask the host if they would waive any fees for the extra (small) person. This way the person is counted, but not charged.

We enjoyed staying at this cute house in Richmond. It fit our family well and was located where we wanted to be. We did need to ask permission for the washer/dryer, but once we did, we were able to use it with ease.

Great place close to everything
This home was a great place close to everything. Right next to the University and close to downtown. The place itself was cute and everything our family of five needed for a weekend stay. Had a great time was week worth the cost.
