Come and relax by the firepit at night and on the dock fishing, reading, sun bathing or just enjoying the beautiful lakefront view during the day. This waterfront bungalow with a deck along with a pier, floating dock and fire pit is nestled in a quiet neighborhood on a private road. You have access to a boat access, about 100 yards away. You are a short drive from Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and Salisbury and only 49 minutes from Charlotte off of I-85. Two night minimum stay. During Christmas and New Year's arrival and departure one day before and one after the holiday. I have another lake view property, that has shared lake access, about 200 yards from this property. It is HA 139791, if you need additional space.

The waterfront bungalow, is furnished and ready for you and your guests. Whether you choose to rent the house for a week, or a weekend, you'll enjoy all of the following amenities:
- 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 standard and a set of twin beds)

The Lake: is in direct view of the front of the house. There is a deck and ramp that leads to the pier and floating dock. Boat launching area is available. Absolutely no swimming on or from property including pier and floating dock. Parents assume total responsibility for watching and monitoring their children when outside, especially around the lakw water.

The Neighborhood: This is a private community. Most neighboring homes are used only
