"Great place to stay"

"The inside what extremely clean and well maintained. Pool needed some maintenance and maybe some umbrellas for shade. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating after a small delay with a fridge that didn’t work but they came and swapped it and after that there were no problems. We enjoyed our little stay-cation and will definitely book again. "

"Immaculate, cozy but smoke room space, efficient room accomodations, variety of pillow softness/firmness (don't need to bring your pillow), suoer comfortable mattress, shower/bath area spotless and adjustable shower sprayer, granite sink, newly renovated, coffee galore plus snack/dining options, smoke parking, fitness center/laundry more than adequate and conveniently located to downtown Columbia/restaurants/banking/gas nearby, just a relatively brief ride away and no annoying parking issues compared to staying downtown. Fully updated but no pool and staff/guests beyond polite and accommodating. Pet friendly but no smell or dirtiness from them and two nice outdoor patios to enjoy outside chill time. Will most likely stay again when I return but disappointed there were no visible recycling receptacles around. "

"It was an awesome stay only one thing I really wanted was two pillars on each side of the bed. Other that that no complains at all.Cleanliness was 100% . Wa alsi had Condiments an few more items in cabinet there was snacks . Never had this kind if treatments before out of all the times we have stayed at Airbnb an vrbo!AWESOME!!!!!!"

"Positives- wonderful neighborhood, spacious, host was attentive, clean, perfect location for graduations from both University of South Carolina and Fort Jackson and for sporting events at the University.Negatives-pictures of main floor are not how the house looks now. Issues we had with the house-not all tv's worked, plumbing issues (leak thru ceiling in the living room from upstairs bathroom and had to turn off the water to one of the toilets as it continued to run), grills did not work, could not sit on front porch due to swarming termites, backyard fence is falling down, previous renters showed up at the property looking for packages they had sent there.We ending up leaving early as we were uncomfortable with the previous renters showing up and the fact that every time we came back to the house there was a new issue that popped up.While the host was very apologetic and responded quickly to our issues, this first experience with VRBO has turned me off from using in the future. I spent a good amount of money to come down to enjoy my son's college graduation and I spent way too much time addressing issues and not being comfortable or being able to relax upon returning to the house. I am thankful that the reservation that I made in December of 2024 for May of 2025 was not cancelled and that my whole family could be together.This property could be perfect for a large group if all the issues we encountered can be rectified and cleaned up."

"The apartment was very clean. Everything was new. The bed is very comfortable. Very close to many dining options. The only things to be aware of is a steep driveway and stairs up to the apartment. "

"Very nice home with a small get away in the back yard to relax or send those that want to hang out late while others want to wine down. Would love to stay here again on my next visit to Columbia. Really enjoyed the place!"
