"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"The ptoperty is in a beautiful setting, also lovely and warm. We did not expect to have to ask about linrn, which may no udually be supplied, but coming from far away one certainly doesn't do so with linen.. The wifi in the house is goid, but Internet connectivity is reall flakey and slow. This is soen to the communications company, nor the owner. "Just be ready" to not depend on "

We were not disappointed by this wonderful old house - spacious, atmospheric, furnished with beautiful old pieces and yet one of the most well appointed rentals we have ever taken. "A very nice and quiet place, surrounded by beautiful Nature. In the gite there is everything you need for a good staying. The atmosphere feels very good and the communication with the owners, Pascale and Claude was open en kind. If you search for a good place in this region, this for sure is a good place to stay."

"Déjà la 2ème fois que nous venons entres amis , toujours aussi satisfait , et toujours aussi triste quand on part . Maison magnifique , spacieuse , les enfants comme les adultes y trouvent tout ce dont ils ont besoin, les alentours nous offrent de superbes balades , bref un lieu magnifique , dans un cadre idéal . "The location is great. Carpark was close by and free. But unfortunately they were the only positives. Bed linen and towels were not provided. Despite no mention of this when booking. But most disappointing was the cleanliness."

"They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. It was clearly a scam — no one was there, and it appears they’re just taking money from people. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I strongly advise others not to trust them."

"The hotel is located on the main street through the town. The room was modern and comfortable and located in b beautiful spot next to the Ariege river. Breakfast was a bit limited by a broken automatic coffee machine (the waitress brought us our coffee from another part of the restaurant) and a shortage of croissants, but this was far from serioius. Dinner in the Bellevue, below the hotel was passable, especially with a cheese plate and a glass of the local wine. What really bothered us was the noise from the motorcycles blasting through the center of the town, gunning their engines as they rounded the curve next to the hotel until well past evening -- a shame, as otherwise the hotel rated 5 stars. "

"First off excellent value,quite easy to find.Pleasant reception staff.Only downside is these budget hotels always seem to attract noisy disrespectful guests and so unfortunately we were woken up several times during the night by inconsiderate guests "
