Very peaceful house in the middle of the Pyrenean foothills, located in a quiet village facing south 2km from the castle of roquefixade, 20 minutes from the castle of montsegur and the castle of Foix, places rich in history ..
40 minutes from the Mont des Olmes ski resort, 1 hour from Bonnacre and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Pas de la Casa, with places for hiking. Functional house with linen (towels one per person per week, sheets one per bed per week, dishes),
Possibility of transforming the sofa into a bed in order to accommodate around 6 to 7 people
The 5 euros charge is for household products and not for cleaning
The house in the same condition as when it arrived
Animals are prohibited bad experience

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything I needed was there, and the views are beautiful. Wonderful walks to Cathar castle ruins from the doorstep. Comfortable bed, great view (and stars at night with jetlag) from the bedrooms as well. Highly recommend!

A very quiet relaxing retreat away from town

Beautiful views and roomy place. I wish we had more time to spend. I would certainly come back.

Bien, mais.......

Très belle région, logement bien situé dans un village très calme avec vue sur les pyrénnees. Le gite est agréable et fonctionnel. Notre seul reproche est la propreté du logement (poussières, toiles d'araignées, empreintes de chaussure dans la salle de bain, évacuation de la douche difficile obligé de la débouché, ustensils de cuisine ainsi que le four sale) sachant qu'il était deja occupé avant nous. Nous avons bien entendu commencé par nettoyer le logement, avec un aspirateur non fonctionnel puisqu'il etait plein et filtre bouché.et seulement après nous avons pu passer un agréable séjour.Nous n'avons pas laisser le gite comme nous l'avons trouvé comme le stipule le propriétaire, mais bien plus propre. Quand a celui-ci nous ne l'avons jamais vue.Mis à part ce problème de propreté, ce gite est plaisant.

Belle vue

La maison se situe au calme, la vue des chambres et de la véranda est splendide. La maison est fonctionnelle et le poêle à bois est vraiment sympa l'hiver. Nous avons en revanche été déçu par le ménage qui a été fait succinctement, dès notre arrivée nous avons dû repasser un coup de serpillère car les sols étaient collants. Les toilettes de l’étage fuyaient, nous avons du fermer le robinet d’arrivée d’eau pendant le séjour, les abattants de toilettes se dégondaient, le four et les tiroirs etaient sales. Il manquait également des produits de premières nécessité, papier toilette, sopalin, produit vaisselle. Malgré ce bémol, nous recommandons cette maison au charme montagnard certain.

Belle maison ancienne rénovée

La maison est une ancienne grange rénovée avec une super véranda qui permet une vue sur les Pyrénées au loin . Très agréable et bien placée, proche de Foix .

L'emplacement est pratique pour accéder à la station des monts d'olmes, le château de Foix et la grotte de Niaux. Ballades sympa à faire alentour (roquefixade, castella...). La vue sur les montagne est magnifique depuis la terrasse et la véranda. Il y a une chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple et une autre chambre avec un lit double. 2 autre personnes peuvent utiliser le canapé du RDC. Belle cuisine bien équipée, jolie salle d'eau (seul bémol c'est la douche à l'italienne peu pratique par rapport à l'écoulement d'eau).

Zurück in Leychert

Ich war zum zweiten Mal (für einen längeren Aufenthalt) in diesem Haus und wieder begeistert von dem Gebäude, der Lage/Umgebung, den freundlichen Menschen im Ort und vor allem der Aussicht (durch die großen Panoramascheiben) auf die Pyrenäen. Ich freue mich schon auf einen weiteren Besuch im kommenden Jahr.

Super séjour dans une magnifique maison très confortable, très bien équipée, dans un petit village avec des personnes très chaleureuses. Le panorama avec les montagnes est splendide et apaisant. Merveilleuse région avec des lieux à voir absolument,sans compter les produits régionaux et la proximité d’Andorre. Merci à Yoann, sa compagne et son père pour l’accueil.

Week end très bien

Hébergement très agréable pour un week end ressourçant. Il manquait la neige mais nous sommes monté au mont d olmes sur les Conseil du proprietaire et nous avons bien profité. Rando agréable. Et hôte très sympa.

Très heureux d"avoir connu Leychert ainsi que la belle demeure de Yoan. Hôte très aimable et chaleureux. Maison fonctionnelle. Ce lieu nous charmés par ces baies vitrées qui donne l'impression d'être dehors en plus avec un paysages enneigés. magnifique.Logement tres propre .Literie confortable et propre. Formidable

La maison est très bien équipée et très confortable, il n'y manque rien. Le feu de bois est bien appréciable l'hiver. La vue qu'on a depuis les chambres et depuis la salle à manger est magnifique. A partir de la maison, on peut faire des promenades agréables et le plateau de Beille est tout près. Les propriétaires sont charmants et aux petits soins. Nous conseillons cette location!

Das Haus besteht Corona-Test!

Ich habe in dem Haus mehrere Wochen während der Ausgangsperre (Corona)alleine gelebt ("Arbeitsurlaub") und die Zeit trotz der Einschränkungen genossen. Einrichtung, Ausstattung, Größe, Außengelände sind sehr gut, beinahe phänomenal der Ausblick auf das Tal, die Berge und zwei Katharerburgen. Guter und hilfsbereiter, aber auch dezenter Vermieter macht den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm. Ich plane einen weiteren Besuch im nächsten Jahr, um dann auch die Umgebung kennenzulernen.

Preciosa casa en lugar inmejorable

Casa unifamiliar en un pueblecito muy tranquilo, ideal para una familia que quiera desconectar de la vorágine diaria. Todo nuevo y superlimpio. A 40min de AxlesThermes (baños y ski), muy cerca de Foix, Montsegur, Niaux, etc. Cocina en isla preciosa, vistas espectaculares de las montañas nevadas, terraza divina (si el tiempo acompaña). Para repetir!!
