  • Small independent house in a quiet village located between Lezay and Melle ideal for tourism or professional accommodation.

    On the ground floor:
    1 living room with sofa bed and kitchen area
    Upstairs:
    1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed

    Small private courtyard in front of the house that can accommodate 2 medium-sized vehicles and/or the possibility of parking in an area provided in front of the accommodation.

    We do not charge a cleaning fee, the accommodation must be returned clean, tidy and undamaged as you found it on arrival.
