Very quiet, the cottage is located in the middle of Bouriane: on one side, the picturesque village of Lherm, on the other the Vallée de la Masse classified as a natural site. With a private swimming pool, the cottage combines the pleasures of swimming with that of the countryside where multiple paths invite you to discover our forests. Independent cottage, located 30 meters from the owners' house in total discretion. Living / dining room / kitchen area, utility room, sink, WC. Upstairs 3 bedrooms (1 bed 1.60m, 1 beds 1.40m, 2 beds 0.90m and 1 baby bed), shower room, WC. a large terrace with its sheltered parking and a small outdoor terrace. Private swimming pool with land of around 3000m2. Shaded semi-enclosed playground (swings, 30m2 sandpit). Swimming pool open from April to October, fenced and equipped with an alarm to standards.
