"Good hotel in a good location, next to a tram stop, about 25 mins into Old Town. The area around the hotel is safe and there are shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were good, comfortable and clean. Overall, this is a good 3* hotel. There were quite a few different staff working at reception and there was not a full alignment between them all, leading to a couple of blips as not everyone had good English."

"I was welcomed warmly and the gentleman even carried my bag up the 30+ stairs. That lets you know how high the ceilings are. The room was lovely and everywhere you go in Vila Lanna, there is artwork, be it paintings, pictures, carvings, etc. It feels totally decadent to eat a very nice breakfast in such a beautifully artistic dining room."
