"The apartment is nice - 5th floor with fantastic views. But - the swimming pool, sauna and gym are not included in the price. The apartment door did not close - so it was a little bit uncomfortable. When we arrived the first lift was broken and the second day broke the second and the last one. 8 floors (from -3 to 5th floor) with the ski equipment up and down was quite hard. "

"Die Ferienwohnung war für unsere Familie perfekt. Es war alles sehr angenehm, ordentlich und übersichtlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles neu und ordentlich. Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig in der Gegend und im Haus, und somit perfekt, damit wir und natürlich die Kinder gut aufgehoben sind und schlafen können. Wer hier schläft wird herzlich und offen vom Gastgeber empfangen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier schlafen. :)"

"Great place for a family stay. From the minute we arrived we felt at home. The accommodation was very spacious, with a nice garden (fenced, so that our dog could enjoy the grass). The beds were also very comfortable. Our host was also provided a small welcoming gift for the dog, and while we haven't seen her, we could always reach her father, who lived nextdoors and was also very helpful."

"Ein gelungener Urlaub, mit sehr netten, aufmerksamen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern, die auch stets einen guten Tipp für einen erfolgreichen Ausflug mit touristischen, oder kulinarischen Zielen haben.Eine so saubere und durch organisierte Unterkunft findet man leider nicht oft.Unser Dank hier auch noch einmal an die beiden "Hundti's für die aufmerksame und nette aber immer unaufdringliche Betreuung während unseres Aufenthaltes vom 1. bis 15. Juni 2025.Wir kommen gerne zum 3ten mal wieder. "

"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a disadvantage for adults wishing to use sauna in the evening. It's ok for a short trip like 3-4 days but I would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay."
