The hotel is nice, clean and modern. Personal were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was just ok. Only one cons… they need upgrade the towels… very poor quality and old but clean. I would come back.

My favorite hotel in Liberec!
I often come to Liberec for work, and I always try to stay in this hotel. The rooms are comfortable with great amenities, and the staff is very professional and helpful. I like the breakfast spread, which can be eaten out on the patio weather allowing. The location is optimal for transportation in and beyond Liberec, and it is near some good restaurants and the shopping mall. Not all hotels in Czech Republic have air-conditioning, but this hotel does and I greatly appreciated it during the July heat. I left some things by accident in my room, and the manager kindly arranged for them to be kept safely for me until I could pick them up. I'll be back!!!

Ok hotel in central location
The hotel is in central location of Liberec. Due to covid19 reception was closed and no much options in the bar. Breakfast was basic and I had to ask to bring several items which wasnt there (bread, tea, etc) some staff wasnt really nice. When we arrived on first day the girl was very helpful and recommended us some places to visit. Room was spacious with comfy bed. We had a terrace but view over the buildings so not very nice plus there is no light so not much for usage.

It was great that we had a top floor room, nice view and overall pleasant experience. For the time we got there, and for the fact that no one else was there, I would have expected earlier, 1 hour, to be offered, however we were advised that check in was not able. Otherwise, we liked the experience.

Excellent stay
We loved this hotel, very modern, clean and right in the city centre! Excellent amenities, attentive and friendly staff, good breakfast too, would definitely stay there again! The only slightly awkward thing was the lack of a door or curtain on the bath/shower, made showering a bit messy. Parking was pricey but reasonable for the city centre, seems to be limited during weekdays but stayed there for a weekend so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Scenic Liberec
Spacious room with great sunset, easy connect wifi, good selection pillow, coffee maker, & full breakfast. At 6th floor, water pressure at shower was a bit weak.

I'd stay here again.
Good location not far from the magnificent Vienna City Hall and an underground train stop. Lots of interesting restaurants in the neighborhood (Indian, Peruvian, and Italian food). Sound-proof rooms and I slept soundly. Small space, but well organized and designed. Big breakfast spread with good coffee. Good wifi! I'd stay here again!

Totally good stay for me
Cleanliness of room and hotel is good. The parking garage is low capacity. It is shared with another companies and I took 20 minutes to find free space. The location is very good, close to the center. Wifi conncection is not stable. Maybe it depends on the time.

We arrived 1 hour early so we were not permitted to immediately check-in. The restaurant was closed so we could not use the hotel toilet. And there was no public toilet in the building! The walls are paper thin. We could hear the couple in the room below us having sex. It was like being in a hotel that rents out rooms by the hour.

A favorite of mine!
I travel to Liberec at least once per year and always prefer to stay here. Rooms are very thoughtfully arranged and equipped. Great breakfast and super location. There was a problem with the lock on my door, but the woman who came on behind the desk after 6 pm was very kind and quickly cared for the matter. I will happily stay here again!

Breakfast on terrace with mountain view of Jested was fantastic. Local area a bit noisy at night, but windows had good seal. Water pressure could be improved.

very convenient, affordable and comfortable option for stay in Liberec. Breakfast offers lots of selections. Rooms (not as usually) combine practical view and design - first time I have seen outlets/connections for HDMI, USB and audio jack at the bedside to conveniently connect own appliances to the TV set. The history of the chain owner is as well very impressive.

Nice modern central hotel
Spent four nights here in February, and was very impressed. A nice modern hotel in the centre of Liberec so within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Great area for skiing and walking, only an hour's drive from Prague. No lift to top floor though, which was a bit of a pain with a heavy suitcase. Restaurant had limited selection for a vegan, and closed half way through my stay for refurbishment. Hotel parking expensive so parked on street some distance away. Slightly noisy from trams and neighbouring rooms as walls thin. Some minor design faults in the room but overall very clean, comfortable and high quality. Good breakfast selection.

The best Hotel in Liberec!!!!
We LOVED this Hotel!! Our room was perfect. Comfortable bed,great air conditioning,well thought out amenities,such as ironing board,iron,tea/coffee making facilities/clothes drying line in the bathroom. Great food in their restaurant,plus great views from their wonderful roof terrace. Attentive staff..excellent underground,fully monitored,car park...fantastic location.. We LOVED this Hotel

We had a lovely room at the hotel, clean and pleasing with a nice view. We enjoyed the stay at max. The only thing was the customer service at the hotel. We didn't felt very welcome at the reception, the staff was slow with not willing approach. Generally, the hotel was great, nice place, excellent cleaniness and room comfort, just the 4* hotel service (reception, restaurant) should be better.

We were there for a business trip. We like staying in this hotel, because it gives us easy access to everything. We really like the little Italian restaurant in the hotel. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. The hotel is good value for the money.

Lovely hotel and very good good services in general. Unfortunately parking is limited and not guaranteed if you need. A True **** start hotel in The reception should have car registration of all parked guessed and thier contacts. As some cars blocked two parking spaces and receptionist should have means to sort it out.

Fantastic Hotel
A very comfortable hotel in a very central location in Liberec. I was very impressed with the style and comfort - good desk space, wifi worked without any issues and shower room was clean and smart. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel. Staff were freiendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and spacious for a family of 4. The room was also quiet. The hotel was in a great location. I wish there had been heavy curtains to block sunlight early in the morning. Parking was limited to just a few spaces and one night we could find any.

Great for short stay
There is a parking garage attached to the hotel but there are only certain spots available to guests, on the main and lower floors. Only some spots are 0-24 hours and some are only good to 7:30 am. Next, reception was friendly and helpful. We had rm 502 which faces the back of the property. Not the best view it did have a really nice, private terrace with 2 chairs and a little table. It was nice and quiet. The room we booked was a Deluxe Double, and it was pretty small. But as were were just there for one night it was fine. The bathroom has a nice jacuzzi tub with a centre drain, but it's pretty small for 2 taller people. My chief complaint was the towels; they were rather small and of cheaper quality ...a small detail but I thought it was a strange thing to skimp on when they are going for the boutique feel. There was also no bathrobes, which we were expecting based on the room description. There is a digital cable box for some premium channels and channels in other languages. The room had a window that opened, and of course the terrace door. There was functional A/C as well but it was noisy. Last ...the bed. Very comfortable with lots of pillows. But as is typical in this part of Europe, the bed is 2 twins pushed together with 2 individual duvets. The hotel allows dogs, and it's located just a few minutes walk from the city's main centre area. There is a mall nearby with a Billa grocery store. Overall, a very good choice in Liberec.

Nicest hôtel in Liberec
I have stayed at the Radnice previously and seen other hotels in Liberec and this one is the only one that is "modern". It is very clean and the location is perfect (although Liberec is very small).Only downsides are: - rooms does not have good soundproofing so you can hear hallway / other rooms noises. - breakfast is minimal, there is a small buffet and some a la carte plates but quite basic.

My room was excellent! I had a great rate, but even at twice the prices my room would have been excellent. Loved the jets in the bathtub and the breakfast! I did have to search a bit for the coffee-maker, but found it in a drawer. Really a great job of putting together this hotel in Liberec! I'll stay here again if I travel to Liberec again.

Great comfort at a great price
Staff was super friendly, helped me store my bike in their secure ski/bike room. Breakfast was a good deal for only 6eur, staff was great there too in preparing eggs and fresh coffee. If you want a more comfortable room at a great place, this is a good place to do it.
