"Greet stay "

"The pictures are very deceiving. Property ruin down. Food horrible. The staff was nice especially bar tender Gene. Four pools there might be 10 chase lounge that was broken. Pool towels had holes in them. You have to walk up one hell of a hill to go to the pool and buffet. Tub wouldn’t drain, let’s not forget about the ants in the room.They do have a shuttle if available. Pizza bar not open. No phones in rooms if there is a problem. Plus they never answered the phone if I called from my cell. Walk ways are dark. We got food poisoning that landed me in the ER when we finally made it home after canceling 3 flights from being so sick. I would avoid this place because it’s made me never want to go back to CR"

"This was a great location for us travelling with our young granddaughter (4yrs old) - Buffet style restaurants were convenient for large volume of people. Robinson at the main buffet was an exceptional and friendly. "

"After reading all of the negative reviews, we were bracing ourselves for a horrible experience but we were relieved to have not encountered any issues with our stay! We were able to check in right away, and our rooms were decent. Our rooms looked like they needed to be renovated but was clean enough for our one night stay. The pool is probably the best feature of the hotel as well as airport shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. The gym is really small and had a lot of people using it every time I passed it. It's nice that there's a restaurant on site but we chose to walk to the Mexican place for dinner and coffee shop for breakfast. Both were excellent!"

"Both pools were awesome! Big and uncrowded with great swim up bars open until 5pm and maybe a little longer. Fun vibe with friendly bartenders and chill music."
