Welcome to your new favorite spot on Wateree! Cove living with BIG WATER views. Excellent catfishing off the dock. This house is conveniently located just 5 minutes to restaurants/bars such as the Beaver's Den, Dock 97 and the Riverdeck. There is plenty of opportunity to enjoy swimming, kayaking, boating, and now this property has it's own private beach. Newly repaired private dock and plenty of parking! Ask about adding on access to the RV pad and utilities (30 & 50 amp power, water, septic disposal) and invite your camping friends and family to join your vacation.

Fishing Vacation

The cottage was perfect for us. Beautiful view of the lake, a dock for our boat, and very functional. We had a wonderful vacation! Would definitely go back.

Cozy lake retreat

Great house with easy access to the lake, great for dogs with a large fenced in yard that connects to the large deck. Convenient to restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Marvelous Lake Cabin Comfort

More than could be imagined. Cozy Homey well-appropriated, simply Delightful LakeSide retreat cabin with all the comforts of Home. Pretty Sunsets, much waterfowl watching, quaint little extras make it a wonderful stay !

The Perfect Getaway

After a harsh midwestern winter it was so lovely to come to this little southern gem for some sunshine and change of scene. The view was stunning and the weather perfect. Plenty of catfish to catch, right from the dock, and all of the amenities to cook them. The house was so cozy and comfortable and very dog friendly. Thank you, Hayley, for the opportunity to relax in your adorable lake home.

Fishing Paradise

Our family enjoyed an excellent fishing experience-right from the dock! Also great to be able to use the boat ramp on the property. House is very dog friendly and neighborhood quiet with beautiful view and nature all around. Home clean and exactly as pictured including the bonus garage space. Definitely planning on a return stay.

Great getaway spot

Everything about our trip was wonderful! The most pet friendly property we've stayed at on Lake Wateree, and we've stayed at several. The femced in area off the back porch makes watching your dogs easy! Home is well kept, and has all the amenities you need. Private boat ramp was very convenient. Friendly neighbors, and good fishing too. Caight several nice catfish and some huge shell crackers. We'll definitely be back!!!

You Need to Stay Here!

We booked this cottage for a small family reunion. It was the perfect spot for 4 adults and our dogs. The pups loved the fenced in front deck and yard. We did too! We saw geese, ospreys, deer, egrets and herons. Communications with our host were friendly and we felt welcomed and pampered. You need to stay here!

Lake Waterer retreat

Cute little cabin, just as shown in pictures. Very clean! Beautiful spot on protected bay. Loved the fenced in yard for doggie! Very peaceful and quiet in February. Also loved the sun room, beautiful view of the lake. The remodeled garage/rec room with full bath was awesome! Hope to return next year for longer stay. Thanks Hayley!

Paradise at the Goodman Lake House

We had the most wonderful experience here. The house had all the necessary amenities and MORE!! Adorable decor that was homey. The couch and beds were comfortable. The remodeled garage into an extra bath and laundry is creative and well done. The view is breathtaking. We saw several Blue Heron and a Bald Eagle. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful- a relaxing get-away which we were sad to leave!

Perfect lake cabin

This is the epitome of the charming lake cabin. It was very clean. They have all accommodations you need. It matches the pictures online. The owners did not bother you and were available if needed. The set up for dogs is secure and made it a stress less time having our pets with us. Our adult family absolutely loved it!

Great Time on Lake Wateree!

We stayed for a few days with family. It was a relaxing time and the house had plenty of space and the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. The access to the lake right off the yard was great and everyone had fun paddle-boarding, floating in tubes, and fishing. It was extremely hot outside, but we made the most of it!

Time away

It was a very nice place. Quiet, clean and amazing view. My family really enjoyed being away from the bustle of town but we were close enough that I’d needed to get back home we could. Property owner quickly responded to any questions or if we needed anything. Amazing hospitality A+++++

Property location is great. Appliances were dirty and greasy. Bathrooms were clean. Air conditioning in garage area nonfunctional. Ceiling covered in webs and upholstery in all areas was dirty. Dock is a joke with one side unusable. Supplies were excellent. 48 hours of intense cleaning, lubrication, lawn cutting and general maintenance would make this a first class site.

couldnt figure out the arcade machine or the tv but I had my laptop so that helped your door coming from the deck into the screen room water is lying inside the frame work thought you would want to know so the wood wont rot loved your place so peaceful Im sure we will be back
