"There were bugs and small insects flying in the room. Towels were torn and hairs everywhere. Everything is old and dusty. Unpleasant odor in the room. I don't understand how come people give excellent reviews to this place. Worst place I've ever stayed. Will never stay again. "

"This La Quinta was an ok place to stay. It's an older property but they keep it clean. The beds are pretty soft and the breakfast is generous. "

"Everything was extraordinary! The staff was so kind and welcoming. They all went above and beyond and made our stay comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing. My daughter and I were traveling alone and they made sure we felt safe and we did! Not once did I feel unsafe or uncomfortable and I feel that says a lot. My daughter and I travel a lot for her competitive team and this was the first hotel we genuinely didn't worry. We had order pizza for delivery one night but when I went to the desk to pick it up, it wasn't there. Before I could even feel any type of way, the 2 women at the front desk were on the phone, telling me they would find our food and take care of it! Turns out, it was delivered to the hotel behind ours. The breakfast provided was soooo good too! My daughter and I couldn't wait for breakfast bc it far surpassed any breakfast at the restaurants around (we loved the waffles and I, also the coffee). Our room was clean and very nice. Well worth the price! If anything what I paid for 2 nights, easily would have been a 1 night stay, with discount, at another less nice hotel. Beds were comfortable as well. My daughter really enjoyed the indoor pool and the other visitors were easy to get along with and respectful of others space but definitely looked out for one another. Our stay exceeded expectations and we were so pleasantly surprised with it all. We will definitely stay here again, every year, when we travel back to Nashville for our sports. I dont say any of this ligh"

"We were able to pull right up in front of Our hotel room on first floor. The key would not unlock the door and the door lock needed a new battery. They had to call a maintenance person in to change the battery. We could not use the refrigerator because the smell was so rancid and it was dirty. Carpet was frayed from the bedroom area going into the bathroom. Bed frame shook and creeked every time you turned over. Breakfast was a disappointment and I was told that they are no longer required to have a breakfast, but they are still putting a few things out. They said the juice machine is no longer offered by the company. There was a coffee machine, but since I don’t drink coffee, I had to go to the lounge and get me a bottled water. To end on a happy note, the staff was exceptional and tried to accommodate all our needs. They were very pleasant, including the maintenance worker."

"The room smelled musty and moldy. The floors were very sticky. The bottoms of your shoes stuck to the floors. We walked in then went back and asked for a refund. We were told there is a no cancellation policy. Before you ask to see the room. "
