Welcome to our charming house with a garden, located in a quiet and well-situated neighborhood.

Perfect for families and groups of friends, our home offers a warm and comfortable space for your stay in Libourne. It features a spacious renovated living room, a large fully equipped kitchen, 3 cozy bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a garden. Beds will be made upon arrival and towels will be provided.



The kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.



The garden is a true haven of peace—perfect for relaxing, playing with children, or enjoying an outdoor barbecue. You can also make the most of the terrace to sip your morning coffee or unwind with a drink in the evening. The garden is fenced, so children can play safely without too much worry.



Our house is located in a quiet residential area of Libourne, close to the Leclerc shopping center and Libourne Lake, which includes a playground, a water area, and a petting farm. On Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, you can stroll through the Libourne market—and if you're lucky, you might catch a glimpse of the "Mascaret" tidal bore rolling up the Dordogne River.



Close to the town center, restaurants, and public transport, this is the perfect place to relax with family or friends, while being just minutes from the heart of the city.



You’ll also be ideally located for visiting Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay and its ocean beaches, as well as the Dordogne region.
