"The hotel was almost empty and they gave us the worst location of the room, hidden, in the background, without a nice view, it looked like the cleaning room to the bottom, I called the reception asking that if they could change us to a better room, with better view and location, that it did not matter if it cost us more, but they told us that it was full, and when we went to check out, another reception person told us that we were the only ones, even thought that we were in the best rooms. But when I said no, and we were told it was full, she kept quiet and changed the subject. We did not like our experience there, we had good expectations but they went wrong. "

"The rooms are great and resort overall has a lot to do. All the restaurants offered amazing tasting food and the cocktail drinks are some of the best i have had. Just know that sections of the resort are a bit separated and not next too each other like you would imagine a resort. Also there’s dirt roads which can be a bit rough if you have a sedan. "

"The GPS will take you to another house. You want to keep going up the hill to the next house on your left hand side. The actual house for rent is behind in the backyard of a bigger main house. The actual house is small but cozy with lots of outside patio area. Good star glazing at night time. During our stay there was no shampoo nor shower soap. I probably could have asked the owner but I didn't because I had my own. The AC worked well and came in handy on a hot day. The owner was very attentive and easy to get a hold of. She also lives in front where the main house is."
