"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. Staff were helpful, you got a welcome drink too. As a gold member we got an upgrade but not sure on its improvement over standard one. Worse view and same interior. Bed was quite...

"Rooms were exactly as promised, beds comfortable, decor was tasteful.Soap, shampoo, toothbrush etc were all available. Most importantly everything worked. Property is in excellent shape. "

The availability of coffee and fresh fruit and yogurt along with pastries was so good. The restaurant next door offers italian food and sushi. I will go back and i recommend this wonderful place. "
