"Disappointing. The guy on reception was grumpy before I even spoke. No smile or welcome. When an issue was raised by him, which I was in disagreement with, my perception was he was condescending and misogynistic. He made me feel guilty and like I was an idiot. I am not those things, .He has no diplomacy ..."
