Excellent room

Excellent stay in hotel near the river. Short walk from train station and nice park nearby. Very comfortable room and good dining and bar facilities. Staff very friendly throughout.

Good quality hotel. Room very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast plentiful. Restaurant food good although not the cheapest. Parking convenient on site (payable)

Decent comfortable spa stay

Excellent hotel, good rooms. Only weird thing is had to ask them to turn off loud corridor music which they quickly did. Spa was great except hot tub was cold. Sauna in good working order

Good but not excellent

It was on the whole very good with convenient restaurants, pool, spa. Breakfast is however vastly overpriced so we opted out which causes inconvenience in an otherwise restful stay. We opted for a riverview but you have to go over to the window to see it- wished I hadnt paid extra!

Nice Hotel

Comfortable and clean room - we had a treble room which is basically a suite with whirlpool bath & kitchenette. Plenty of space in the room. As with most hotels wardrobe & storage space is limited for longer stays. We were there for a week. The restaurant and bar staff were exceptional even when the bar area was crowded. Reception staff were also helpful & quickly resolved a slight issue checking out. A nice location next to the river and park near by. Surprised to see rabbits roaming around the grounds. I would stay again.

Modern and clean room, large enough. Good bed comfort and nice rain shower. Toilet was separated from the bathroom, quite good. Even a small fridge and a Nespresso machine were in the room, appreciate it. Unfortunately, the window could not be opened and was taped at the edges which is a clear disadvantage. Friendliness of staff during check-out needs improvements : No "good morning" or "goodbye". Pretty disappointing.

Hotel was within walkable distance of the town centre. Staff friendly and food good. Bed very comfortable. There is a sky bar but this is just a bar on the top floor with a view over the river. It has a limited selection of drinks - there is a greater selection of drinks in the bar attached to the restaurant downstairs. Although the spa and pool are open every day, the pool is closed to residents for classes at certain times. Also while we stayed there, our room was not serviced. Probably just an oversight. As we were only staying 2 nights, it didn’t matter but had I been staying longer it would have been a problem
