Ich musste den Besitzer anrufen, der mir sagte, dass er sie unter einen Topf hinter der Unterkunft gestellt hatte... also keine Bestandsaufnahme am Eingang und keine Ausgabe mehr. .. also kennen wir unseren Verbrauch (Heizung, Strom, Wasser usw.) nicht, dann von den 9 Zimmern... eines war wegen eines Wasserlecks außer Betrieb, von den 4 Duschen liefen 3 nicht mehr ab ... bei 20 Personen ist es ziemlich kompliziert......

"The communication in general was OK. Could be a bit more clear. The house was well equipped with everything you need. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. It was quite cheap so expectations were not high and we expected things to be older, that is fine. What we really disliked though was the humidity in the house (rented beginning November). Everything smelled musty and stale and when we came home we had to thouroughly wash this smell out of all the clothes and bedsheaths. I think there might...

"Garden was beautiful. With large sweeping lawns. House was good enough, a little on the small side. Pool was very cold, even on the hottest days (30°c) the water only got to 22°c. Main reason I rented the place was because of the pool, but sadly hardly got to use it."

De batterij van de klok was leeg, geen batterijen te vinden...het gat in de parasol voet was te groot en daardoor valt de parasol telkens om.Het huisje is voorzien van een leuk terras met een prachtig uitzicht. Je moet wel van klimmen houden als je naar je auto wilt.Verders prima hoor."

"Lovely and well-equipped house that sleeps 8 easily (we were only 4). The view from the terrace is stunning. Plenty of space, good wifi, loads of parking. You can walk to the circuit (Combes entrance) but it’s a steep uphill 20-30 minute walk. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, and the terrace most of all, plus the friendly cows just over the road. We’ll definitely come back."

"Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Parking was easy either outside the hotel on street (which is very quiet) or behind hotel in its own car park. Breakfast was ok - nothing special but fine for a couple of days. All the staff were really great. Helpfuland pleasant at all times."

"This is an absolutely beautiful hotel/spa in Luxembourg. There was an upscale restaurant for dinner, self-serve breakfast and a bar for after dinner drinks. Bedding was extremely comfortable, room had air conditioning, heated outdoor pool, and a nice outdoor patio area to have drinks/cocktails prior to dinner. Unfortunately, we did not have time to make use of the spa, but it looked very nice."

"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are modern and clean. The food is exquisite but pricey. Dinner for 2 was 30 percent more than we paid for the room but worth it. The staff seem new or not well trained. It was a bit faulty towers at times. Many young people but when we walked in to the hotel we were kind of ignored for about 10 minutes while 2 people dealt with one customer in french.. we booked for dinner but when we got to the restaurant there were more faulty towers moments when after being ignored again we managed to interrupt someone and were told we’d have to eat inside which was not what we booked. Eventually a manager came and said just wait 10 mins and we will sort it. It took a Long time to get a glass of champagne, like how hard can it be, but I think it’s just they have a bunch of kids working there out of university over summer holidays. Could have given us a glass of something to say sorry .. but it’s very French. You’re a bit of an inconvenience and definitely some of the team have never operated at high level or under stress. But look beyond because the place is so beautiful. I’d definitely come back but next time rock up in my Ferrari and I might get a different reaction. "

"A gorgeous hotel in the centre of a small town. It was initially difficult to find and locate the entrance to the underground car park but this turned out to be very convenient and totally safe. Check-in was easy but we were surprised that the best way to reach our room was by going out of the front of the hotel to re-enter by another door. This was not a problem and the lifts were good. The room was excellent, with a nice view of the town square. It was large with a king size bed, and a very nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was plentiful with a wide selection of hot and cold options. The spa was an added bonus. Overall, a superb hotel."
