We stayed 6 days. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Their english was good. Tour organiser on site. Being a smaller hotel they knew us well in a day. Room was great. Staff were extremely accommodating. I booked the room minutes before arriving because the hotel prior catfished me and they were so helpful when I arrived extremely frantic. Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Great to have a bathroom that didn’t leak water everywhere! Extremely good breakfast. The reason for four stars not five is that it was billed as a four star hotel. It was very basic and not really my idea of four stars.
