The staff are lovely! They go above and beyond, and are very helpful. When I had a migraine and couldn't make it to breakfast, they sent up a breakfast plate and especially made hot ginger tea for me. Melia Hanoi
Comfortable room, great service (we had several repairs and these were addressed quickly). Good location. Sound proofing was not great - we had to listen to frisky neighbours unfortunately.
