"This property is an incredible value for the price! We rented it for a long weekend to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday and it was absolutely perfect. There are plenty of large areas where a big group can hang out together comfortably, as well as areas to spread out. Aside from a visit to a nearby winery, we hung out at the house all weekend and had a blast the entire time. Will definitely book again in the future!"

"Beautiful home with awesome views of the Llano River! The house is situated in a great spot on the river and was perfect for the “working vacation” I had planned.We rented a pontoon boat during our stay and were able to have it delivered directly to the boat dock included with the home, which was incredibly convenient. We did not use the concierge service and booked the boat ourselves, but it was nice to have that option available.The home itself was gorgeous, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. Since I rented the home for a full week, I brought extra paper goods, cleaning supplies, dish and dishwasher detergent, and laundry soap, but I didn’t need to use any of it. The house was very well supplied.There were kayaks available for paddling on the river and plenty of pool floats and toys to enjoy while swimming. There is also a sandbar nearby that guests have access to, and you can kayak or even walk to it.The house was extremely comfortable for our group, and having an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom was a huge plus. The large kitchen was fully appointed, and there was also a gas grill and smoker available. We didn’t have small children with us, but the home appeared to be very well set up for families with younger children as well.The only reason I didn’t give the property five stars is the proximity of the neighboring homes. They are quite close—close enough that you could easily have a conversation with the neighbors from the pool. The surrounding"

"This was a wonderful experience for a place to relax and recharge. The views are perfect and having access to the kayaks for an early morning lake tour was extra special. The white sandy beach was beautiful and would be fun kids too. The house was extremely clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. Every detail was thoughtfully provided for our stay. And communication was excellent with the host. Loved the spacious kitchen and bar area, dining table, nice living room with two extra sunroom living spaces. Lots of space to hang out in, with incredible views of the lake from every room. We definitely will be going back!"

"Property was clean, however there is wear and tear throughout. Not enough to bother or inconvenience us much. Maybe an issue for a future guest. I would recommend a walk through and take photos of what you find when you first arrive.Communication with host was very easy and always answered any questions we had fairly quickly.Besides not having a dock over the lake(we knew going in), which would have been cool, it’s a great view. The back yard and pool set up was spacious and plenty with seating.Split between the 7 of us, pricing wasn’t awful, but maybe works better for a group of 10-12."
