I’ve stayed at KBR before and loved the resort pools and beach access, so this rental was great. We still had access to all the same amenities as if we had rented through KBR, and the check in and checkout was very easy. Would definitely rent here again!

The public areas were plentiful and lovely. The pools and hot tubs were nice. Lobby is gorgeous. The view from the balcony wasn't the best, but for view just go done to the lobby which is where we spent a lot of time. More seating at the beach might have been nice too.

Our room 2417 was very nice and we appreciated the welcome gifts. We also like the location and resort. Only one thing I would improve in the resort and that would be pool/beach area. Would be nice to have there some Cabanas, beach Umbrellas and beach chairs rental. Over all it's very nice place to stay !! No surprises with hidden fees or unexpected charges at check out as someone mentioned in previous reviews.

We had to book this room last minute as our other accommodations became unavailable. It really was a blessing in disguise. The owner called us shortly after booking and gave us information about the stay. She was very nice and helpful. To add to that, we were greeted with chocolates, wine, beer, water, and snacks upon arrival to the room. Very appreciated. We made use of the pack and play for our daughter. The beds are double and not queen so if you have 4 people it might be a little tight. We are not ones to lounge at pools all day but we did find ourselves lounging at the beautiful pools of this resort. Our daughter loved the shallow sand pool. The water slide is fun and if you want a more quiet pool there is one on the other side which is never full. The bartenders at the pool side bar were nice and happy hour had some good specials. We tried the breakfast buffet one morning and it was adequate. I do recommend the Saturday prime rib and crab buffet. It was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this room. Thank you!

Clean condo; very pleasant staff throughout the property. Nice bars and restaurant on property, with many more nearby. I've stayed at this property (but not in this unit) in years past several times, and it's always been great. This time was no exception, and room came equipped with many thoughtful touches--snacks, some food, plenty of towels, two fridges, a balcony. I was very pleased.

Good for the price. Nice pools and ressort area. However they charge 25 dollar pr day for parking! Which we were not told at booking since we booked A privately owned room. View from balcony party to mountains and partly to the roof of the parking lot building. But ok the price considered. Room very well stacked for A hotel room. Wine chocolate plates cups etc. Very Nice. We recommend the place.

Everything was nice except the scum and dirt in the pools. I saw them adding chemical but the filter system didnt seem to be working well. I would definitely recommend this resort

The resort is well kept and clean. Pools and hot tub we’re all perfect. Hotel staff were kind enough. Easy valet parking was a plus! The beach was never packed so we enjoyed lots of walks without being bothered. Restaurant and bar on site left much to be desired. Over priced middle of the road food with very limited options. Restaurant staff wasnt overly friendly or welcoming. We noticed this throughout the island though. They seem to be over tourists! Our group of four gals booked a dinner cruise and laua while here with the Expedia concierge on site at the hotel and found that to be very convenient and even less expensive than online options.

Room is as shown - 2 double beds and not a lot of extra space. That said, the room was well appointed for its size. 2 small fridges, a coffee maker, a toaster oven, and basic set of dishes/utensils, make it a perfect home base. We were able to make our own breakfasts and pack lunches for excursions. Balcony overlooked a roof so was not amazing but at least there was a balcony. Natur’s Gate and Aveda products in the bathroom were a nice touch. Checkin and checkout was simple.

We loved our stay at this place. The room was clean and comfortable plus the owner purchased us a baby crib to use and lent it to us to stay elsewhere! The kindness and generosity of the owner and her manager Julie made everything so easy. Then on top of this the resort itself is 5 star food, swimming pools and service. Watching the sun set round the fire pit drinking happy hour Margaritas after swimming in the pool was one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you so much for having us.

The resort was absolutely beautiful and more than we expected from the listing online. The first evening we arrived, we were treated to complimentary mai tais and a hula show near the pool. The resort also offered various classes and workshops, including complimentary yoga, sunrise activities, kids activities and complimentary scuba/snorkel activities in the pool. The facilities were beautiful, including the pool area, hot tub, landscaping, lobby, and more. There was a great little souvenir gift shop that also had a full espresso bar/coffee shop, which took care of my morning caffeine fix. The ocean is a very short distance away, which made mornings spectacular. Absolutely wonderful location and resort. The room was cozy, had two mini fridges, large and beautiful bathroom, plenty of outlets, towels, beauty products and more. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

My granddaughter and I stayed at the resort in March of 2015. It was the very best vacation ever! I want to come back and stay longer next time. 2 weeks wasn't enough of this beautiful place. We rented a car for a few days to check out other parts of the island. Easy to get around with very friendly locals. The beaches are unbelievably clean and beautiful. I can't wait to visit again!

This is a beautiful hotel. Nice pool. There are two twin beds. This room was actually not cleaned upon arrival. We were placed in another room and moved into the correct room the following day. This was a minor inconvenience. The owner of the room more than made up for this by generously stocking the fridge with a large assortment of ice tea, bottled water, chocolates, cookies. We were impressed. We would stay with this vrbo again. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and reasonable. We received $5 off coupons upon check in. Weight room was good for a hotel. Dumb bells up to 55lbs, elliptical, stair climbers, treadmills, and some other equipment.

Resort very nice. Good amenities. Unit lacked some promised items. Owner did not respond until it was time for us to leave. Sounds like change of housekeeping crew as the problem. Sleeps five but very crowded for more than 2 or 3 people. If housekeeping resolved very good price for a couple or family with 1 or 2 young children.

The resort is very nice, clean and staff friendly. Our room was not an oceanfront though. In fact it overlooked a rooftop and parking lot. The room was average. Nice but not really like a privately owned condo. We would stay again but only in one of the resort rooms.

The apartment was beautiful, with a lovely view of the mountains and palm trees. It was clean, and well-maintained. The location was centrally located, making it easy to visit all parts of the island. The complex was also located a short drive away from major shopping and amenities. The grounds were wonderful! Plumeria fragrance wafting through the balmy air.....Wonderful place to stay! We highly recommend this rental.

Great condo with great location near airport. Beautiful grounds, close to attractions and mid-way between south and north destinations. Room was as described and had what we needed for quick meals. Other than parking and meals being a little on the pricey side, very nice. Would recommend.

We have been Kauai 6 times now and this was the best central location. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is very nice. Great view of sunsets from Lanai Food is excellent on the property-Room was nice and clean Only issue-The parking is a little dicey-all valet right now and we parked near the tennis courts as suggested we got several looks and comments from staff.
