"The 1st room we had to wait for the maintenance man came and tried to fix. After standing in the heat (they said the AC was broke) for 30 minutes the room couldn't be open so he went and got keys for a another room. Then on Saturday morning my husband went to make coffee and the coffee machine didn't work so I called down and they said the housekeeping would replace it and they said the maintenance man would but we had to go so he got his coffee in the lobby which was cold."
