"Excellent location. Breakfast was sufficient; however, it could be improved to match the grand hotel status."

"great location very friendly and helpful staff good room"

"staff serving breakfast was very kind, everything very clean and great comfortable bed."

"A functional if charmless aparthotel in a seedy part of town and in a modern office block overlooking the autoroute. Conveniently situated just a short walk from the metro station Madeleine Caulier which is just one stop from the main hub Lille Flandres and two stops from Rihour (old town) and Lille Europe. Clean spacious room with modern shower room and kitchen facilities."

"Spacious room, nice breakfast, and wonderful proximity to train station."

"Well located next to stations so much better for business trips than anything else. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, as are the rooms. Breakfast was good and there is a variety of options available. The one thing I'd do is in larger rooms add a sofa or something as the room feels very empty and therefore less welcoming given the fact that it's large but empty."

"Very accommodating staff and the room was large and well appointed pointed"

"Great location and very friendly staff. Lovely decor throughout"

"We stayed at the hotel the night of 10/17 during the demonstrations. It was too dangerous at night to go out to make our dinner reservation. The attendant, realizing we had no dinner,!was able to find some bread, cheese, and ham in the kitchen for us. We were so appreciative of the kind gesture. Would definitely stay here again."

"Good hotel not too far from the train station. Room was nice and spacious, all we needed for a short stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a good selection available. Would stay here again if we visit Lille again."

"Perfect location, very high quality rooms, staff incredibly helpful in every way possible, very big and diverse breakfast (recommend adding it). We had a fantastic stay!"

"A great one night stop."
