We had a really good stay - very clean, nice rooms, cleaned every day. Was a little noisy outside the hotel due to street noise but apart from that, great and good breakfasts.

Nice convenient friendly hotel
Nice hotel with very friendly staff, located in a convenient location to get into the centre of Lille via the tram. Rooms are a bit on the small side and mine was a little dark, you can hear noise from the lift and corridor through the door but it was quiet otherwise. Despite this it was a comfortable stay and I slept well. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful.

Parking is less than adequate. Tight and less spaces than needed. Required me to park on the street. The room is not sound proof in any way and as a result any outside noise is quite loud. Service was good. The location is quite good.

The room was very clean and comfortable. However, there was no fridge and no water to drink - I believe these are basic needs that should come with such a room.

Roubaix - resistance
We were attending the area for a family wedding. The hotel was as you would expect from IBIS all round excellent. The area is a former working town primarily in textiles and like all old textile towns is in need of investment and new industry. History says in has strong links with the resistance movement from WWII.

Service was not very good. Was waiting for 5 minutes at desk to check-in, even though 2 minutes before I had parked the car. One day I was waiting for almost 10 minutes for them to open the gate buzz open the gate for the car park. On last day, car park code did not work. the breakfast is terrible. All cold things, and not everything was at fridge temperature. bed is comfortable and the Free Wifi works well.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel as it is a perfect base to explore the various WW1 sites of interest around Ypres. It offers good value for money as hotels close to Ypres are much more expensive.

Reasonable option
The rooms are clean but a bit tired and ready for a makeover. Ours was quite big, get a corner one if you can. They do a reasonable two course dinner. Breakfast is a bit pricey but there are loads of cafes on the doorstep. Turn right for the best one. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very good, right by Euroteleport tram and metro. It feels quite safe, which cant be said for some areas of Lille or Roubaix. Worth considering if you dont want to stay in the Lille city centre.

Very handy for metro & tram into Lille. Hotel was quiet, staff very helpful, rooms clean & warm in winter. Hardly any traffic noise. Reception area is pleasant although bar has limited options. This hotel is a good alternative to staying in the centre of Lille, where you will pay more.

Un hôtel bien situé dans Roubaix, proche du métro et au centre ville. Le coin restaurant est agréable et propre. Le personnel sympathique. Le bémol se situe au niveau de la chambre, assez petite et pas très cosy, il manque des serviettes et celles que nous récupérons ne sont pas qualitatives ...
