It has a surface area of 187 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 65 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of around 300 m². The accommodation is spread over two floors as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 65 m² living room comprising a lounge/dining area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. The two large bay windows give access to the terrace.
- A pantry with storage space, a clothes horse, a washing machine and a tumble dryer
- A separate toilet

Upstairs
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) and a dressing room
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a desk
- Bedroom 3: a master suite (queen-size bed 160x200), an en-suite bathroom with shower, a dressing room
- Bedroom 4: a cot for a child
- An office area, ideal for working from home, with a double sofa bed for 2 people
- A family bathroom with bath and shower, double sinks
- A separate toilet

To get to Lille by metro, go to the 4 Cantons station. Leave your car in the large free car park. Lille city centre is 10 minutes away by metro.

- The garden is enclosed and not overlooked. On the pasture side, a small fence has been installed so you can enjoy watching the horses that regularly visit.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
