Fantastic stay yet again. Friendly staff, clean good side rooms. Fabulous breakfast, fika, and dinner included in the room price. Great location. Will stay again next time we visit.
Brilliant hotel. Perfect to visit Lillehammer.
Breakfast was nice and a lovely buffet style evening meal was enough.
Really loved coming back in the afternoon after a days walking to free cake and cofffee.
The bed was comfy and very clean rooms.
It's a pretty basic hotel, which for the price is actually really great. They include breakfast, light dinner all inclusive, which in a place as expensive as Norway is kinda wild for the price.
Which excuses a lot of issues, namely the bed is really cheap, the mattress very saggy, room was quite hot. Everything was clean though.
Great parking (though expensive) and everyone seemed very friendly.
Communal areas were comfortable and inviting. Our room was clean and a good size. We appreciated the drinks in the lobby.
The buffet breakfast and evening meal were tasty.
Staff at the hotel were very welcoming, warm and friendly. The meals were great especially the supposed “light” dinner which turned out to be quite a selection! Rooms were clean.
Staying in home hotels is great! Don't pay extra when booking for meals because they are included! Large breakfast spread, afternoon snack and dinner. Staff were lovely and extremely friendly. One found us a free place to park which saved us a ton of money. Sadly in lillehammer nothing is on the lake but we had a decent view of the mountains and were close to the main tourist area. Definitely recommend! Would have been nice to have a safe in the room and rooms aren't huge but are more than adequate
The shopping street at which end this hotel is situated is very lively and a good place to be. Take notice that on Sundays almost ALL the shops/restaurants are closed!
Outside this shopping street Lillehammer has a nice old (12th Cent) and preserved town center and of course excellent skiing facilities.
Pity that the hotel does not offer stay without breakfast; an evening meal is always included.
A good mid-level hotel in the heart of Lillehammer. Walkable from the station up some intermediate inclines. The reception and restaurant staff were awesome. The breakfast buffet is decent, and the included nightly meal is good quality. The sauna and gym facility are great. The standard rooms are quite small, the beds are comfortable. My only gripes - the bathrooms are tiny, with a very small shower that runs hot & cold. Also, the windows don’t open very far, so temperature at night in summer is a problem. Also, you have to ask for your room to be serviced when checking in, which didn’t bother us as we stayed only 2 nights.
