"We got to the hotel and the first thing we encountered was a broken elevator so we had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator. We get to the room and there was no bedding available and we called the front desk and asked for them to send some up to us and they asked us to come get them. The next morning the breakfast was bare- there was no hot food available and it was 7:45 in the morning. We go back upstairs to get our stuff and we wanted ice- no ice in the ice machine. It was a very disappointing experience- we won’t be returning to this hotel. "

"The waterpark is a total rip off. You get a room they give you 4 wristbands that I lets my children use. Fast forward we walk in and I get stopped I need to pay an extra 10 dollars for a band so I can watch my kids. Food prices outrageous, and even though it said complementary breakfast we got a bill for 61 dollars… be careful we also had poop floating in the pool they threw chemicals and just let kids swim in poop water… "

"The hotel smelled of marijuana and the room was outdated. We left within 15 minutes of checking in. The area did not feel safe and we were not comfortable even leaving our car parked outside overnight."

"The room was nice and what was needed for my stay. However, if it wasn’t for the staff being so friendly, I wouldn’t have stayed. I found a tick on my side after laying on the bed, but thankfully didn’t find anymore. Definitely not somewhere I will ever stay again. "

"The breakfast was good and had many options. Everything was kept well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It’s in a safe area and felt very safe. "

"Um.. i d8dnt really like the fact that they dont come and clean the room for 3 days if you stay for a while. Like no trash emptied, no new towels i think youd at least expect some new towels and garbage emptied everyday.. but no... and not going to lie the shower shelf wasnt even connected to the shower wall on one side . And the showrr walls wernt the cleanest. But the staff was good but 8 think they need to change how they only have housekeeping every three days to at least once a day to at leadt change garbage vaccume and take out the garbage. "

"The lobby and rooms were very nice. Updated and clean. The beds comfortable. The shower however was terrible. The water pressure was nonexistent. Also, they didn't provide enough toiletries. 1 soap for the shower and the sink, no conditioner. The towels were small and rough. They didn't match how nice the room was. Also, the TV was huge and super nice but no smart TV so you're at the mercy of the Cable which was pretty weak signal. The lot was also littered with trash. I would stay here again at the price because the rooms were excellent. Just will bring more toiletries and my roku."
