"This is my 2nd stay at this property. Everything you need is here and the location is super close to the State Park, Golf Course and Marina. All the rooms are comfortable and unit is well appointed. This is our go to place if we are fishing at the north end of Dale Hollow Lake. Dave is a great host and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. "

"Beautiful place however our stay started off not so great, we arrived to a dirty cabin from the previous guest and were unable to reach anyone for almost an hour. Once someone arrived they apologized for the confusion and quickly got the cabin together. The rest of our stay went great, the cabin had everything we need the view was stunning and aside form the miscommunication we would ultimately stay again. "

"The host was great. The house was great. The location was great. We really enjoyed the bonus space downstairs and the hot tub. The darts were a huge hit with the kiddos. We are even thinking of renting it in the summertime as well. I would give this visit 5 stars, but while the house was mostly clean, it smelled of mildew when we first walked in and was due for a deep clean. I spent a lot of time cleaning dishes from the kitchen cabinets and the Tiki Bar before I was able to use them. Also, the stairs are very narrow at the turn and are super slick, so my very able-bodied and coordinated husband took a hard tumble. That was scary. Thankfully, he only suffered some bruising and a headache. The little touches were nice, like plug-in flashlights, and the toilet spray would have been super useful due to sharing toilets amongst 4 people, but the little spray cans were empty. Just a little extra touching up and attention to detail would easily make this a 5-star lodging experience. "
