Salima

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort

Bad experience :(

When we first arrived, the key was not available. We had to wait 20 minutes for the owner to bring the key to us. When we finally entered the room, the linens smelled bad. We asked them to wash them but they still smelled bad. The sofa bed and the bed were both extremely uncomfortable; it felt like we were sleeping on cardboard. There was no hot water at the residence. The hot water would disappear half way through our showers. We texted the owner about the situation and she didn’t even respond to us. The owner never even asked us about anything or whether we needed anything; overall very poor customer service. There were so many loud dogs barking throughout the night and we could not go to sleep. We were there for 6 days and there was no housekeeping at all. We had to use the same towels and linens for 6 days straight.
