"Das Zimmer ist stilvoll eingerichtet und die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Deutschen Kolonie unterhalb der Bahaei Gärten gelegen. Parken vor der Unterkunft war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war einfach und schnell. Sehr schön konnte man Abends auf dem kleinen Balkon sitzen und dem Treiben auf der Ben Gurion Aven.zusehen."

"Die Ankunft war etwas schwierig. Nach langem warten endlich den sehr freundlichen Gärtner getroffen. Besitzer nur telefonisch erreicht. Wir haben den Abebd im Wasser genossen. Adult only weiss ich nicht wofür es steht. Es war eine Familie mit 3 Kleinkinder anwesend was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Es ist ein Ort der gefällt oder er gefällt nicht. Ich liebe solche Orte Bei meinem Mann würde die Bewertung jedoch etwas weniger gut aussehen"

"I was expecting low budget accommodation but tbh it was too low for me. There was a human hair on my sheets which made me feel they hadn't been washed properly and I could see stains on the mattress through the sheets. I didn't want to look under the pillow case. There were tiny ants coming out the wall and the floor of my room hadn't been cleaned. There was a middle-aged man who had his room door open the whole time and it seemed like he lived there and he was talking with people on the landing...

"Our stay was quite nice. We were met by the caretaker who gave us our key. We paid in advance since this hotel does not gave a desk clerk. We asked for more tea bags, which we received with no problem before he left The shower and hot water were great. The entire bathroom was clean and contained small bottles of bath wash and shampoo. The tv stations were almost all jn Arabic but we did find one with English/American movies. We fou d the bed to be firm and comfortable. "

Manager/owner was friendly, and helped us find parking. It’s a boutique, so there is no front desk to check in or check out; knock on office door to get your door code, and there is no check-out. "Nice stay overall. It’s the second time we chose these apartments for the price & value. Unfortunately, for some reason we didn’t get our room done this time either (same happened on our first stay, last month) and during the early morning we had some really noisy neighbors that prevented us from having a good sleep. Leaving that aside, it’s a good place to stay. Easy fast check in / out, comfortable and clean."
