"I was a little stressed about the no on-site parking, and that is a big challenge, but it's not a fault of the hotel. I suggest dropping your stuff off up as far as your car can go (hopefully you have someone to stay with it) then walking the 300 m or so to the hotel. You can pay them to do this but it's really just some ups and downs, so just wear footwear that isn't too slippery, arrive early (apparently last check in is at 8:30 pm but they accommodated us at 10:30 pm - but be sure to have a cell flash light to get there if you arrive after sundown as the last 50 m is in the dark otherwise). Otherwise, the rooms are beautiful with great AC and it's on the furthest east side of the castle so you will have access to amazing sunrises in the morning. The breakfast is home cooked and made with love. We had a great time and really enjoyed the location."

"Lira and Alice were very helpful and kind hosts. They provided really helpful recommendations of restaurants and beaches. The breakfasts were also delicious was a lovely selection of food. The steamer in the shower was also a nice touch. The sauna is a bit small. Great view from the balcony."

"Ellen the hotel manager was fantastic made us feel very welcome and at home. The beds very very comfortable and the view from our room was spectacular. Just a one minute walk to a great beach and restaurant. Would definitely stay again."
