We went for the Limassol marathon weekend. Very handy hotel, and overall a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and friendly, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were good. Rooms clean and large, with handy fridge. A kettle would have been nice, although I didn't ask for one, so it may have been available on request. So close to beach it would be impossible to get closer! And a nice pool area. Overall would definitely stay again.

Park beach is closed never informed us i was waiting thete until 230pm until a cleaner told me that my booking was navarria hotel i pay 108 pounds navarria is for less money i think 80 pounds so dont book any people in park beach is closed there because they will sent them to another hotel cheaper

close to the beach, but the hotel was very tired,
no fridge in room, no tea or coffee making facilities, the breakfast was poor and the hotel was very poor value for the money. Al the staff we came in contact with were like the hotel seemed very tired, there was not a good atmosphere in the hotel.

Very nice hotel, it is clean, comfortable, spacious, great location and next to the beach. The staff were curtious and very good and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Common areas of this hotel have been upgraded and are as pictured. The room was clean but more basic than we expected with no basic comforts like kettle/ coffee in room, only pump soap on wall of shower and no soap for sink. The most disappointing feature missing was no wifi in the room (which for me, was a must) and it was clearly stated as being available in the room. As I only book hotels with wifi in the room, if it had been properly advertised as not available, I would not have booked here.

nice small hotel, beachfront location with a very nice garden area for kids. very friendly staff. abit outdated, beds not that comfortable. didnt like the breakfast that much. most of the breakfast food were cold and also not fresh at all, especially bread.

Excellent location inside the park on seashore. Majority of rooms are sea wiev that make stay very pleasant ant quiet. Breakfast is nothing but nice pool bar ( as well as pool) are available. Room facilities are not so new but on the line with price for stay. A lot of cafe nearby in the street and in the beach, no problems with parking in the hotel and on free parking behind the corner.

A facelifted hotel that has seen life...
Park Beach is an old hotel from the 60-70s, it has been recently facelifted. While the lobby looks excellent the rooms are dated, especially the bathrooms, the bed frames are extremely worn out but do carry new mattresses (but surprisingly without any protection under the bed linnen). The hotel has inherited problems like noise from the street and from the adjacent rooms as no sound-proof doors even inbetween the rooms. So, no surprise to be woken up in the middle of the night by your drinking neighbours or at the sunrise by the swimming squads worming up before the training routine. Some hotel policies are very strange like changing towels every third day only or no beach towels available except for the purchase only. Or providing one set of room keys only, so if you are sharing a room and are not twins, expect in a need of a key to walk miles looking for your room mate or to the reception desk. Internet does not work at all in the evenings but is nicely free of charge. Staff is extremely helpful and efficient. The garden is nice and green. But food in the restaurant is almost all the days very bad but the bar is OK )) Generally, it is ok for the price you pay but when you go home you realize that for the price you've paid there are better places in other countries of Europe if by departure you still consider Cyprus to be Europe.

Excellent service
A 3* hotel with 5* personal attention. The changes I requested were managed efficiently, thoughtfully and with good grace. Sleeping conditions were comfortable, the air conditioning inobtrusive and effective - but the most pleasant surprise was the older-style shower, which was more powerful than any power shower I had used! The buffet breakfast is a mixed experience, good and average, but there is something for everyone - though if you fancy a cup of quality brew I recommend bringing your own tea bags from home. It made all the difference. Ideal location for my purposes with views onto a pretty wooded area and lovely safe beach. I'll be returning soon to see family and will definitely stay here again.

Park Beach hotel stay. October 2015.
Trouble free. Extremely enjoyable. Facilities were top notch including the pool, bar, Restaurant and WiFi provision. The access to the free parking next door was extremely beneficial.Location was ideal for me, as it was near all amenities and access to the town centre or the motorway. Room was immaculate and clean.

We didn't spend much time at the hotel as we were here for s family wedding, but the rooms were comfortable and clean and the location is perfect, right on the beach front and within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. The pool is really nice and wasn't ever too busy. The breakfast was okay, it did the job and for what you pay for the room, it's an added bonus really and keeps you going until lunch. If we were to return to Limassol we would stay here again, especially if we were on a tight budget.

The hotel's main problem is the cleanliness, followed by the general lack of effort from management to maintain the grounds and rooms. The hotel is riddled with cats, there is easily 20-40 cats living in and around the hotel and rooms. There is no drain in the bathroom and the shower curtain is to short to keep water from coming out and flooding the bathroom. Again just poor attention to basic details that management should have solved. The old locks make it hard to easily open the doors There were ants, and cockroaches in our room... this was extremely disgusting. When we went to tell management about the insects they gave us spray and said go kill the bugs..... The swimming pool closes at 6pm due to the fact that they have to chlorinate it, however the cats from around the hotel go up to the pool and drink the water from it. There is also a cat repellent by the door going out to the pool that emits this terrible high frequency screech, and is located right next to the bar where people are suppose to socialize. Also the breakfast.....with the insects and cats all over the place we stayed away from the food. The first morning we were there we ate their breakfast and it was nothing short of disgusting. They do have nice fruit however but again we were too disgusted to eat. Main lobby light shuts off at 12am and its dark and creepy The beach and beach access is TERRIBLE. Extremely rocky, unkept, and is mixed in with a public park.

Hotel is very friendly and right on the beach food was good and plenty of choice but if you stay in summer months the have a summer school so if you wish a quiet night do not have room in bar area as they are up until 4in morning but we would stay again

It was a very basic but old room that we stayed, and it smelled weird. the location though was great, pool was ok, and the beach just a walk away. I'd say that you pay for the location and not the hotel.

A delightful place, great location on the main beach strip in Limassol. I stayed for 4 nights on B&B. The hotel stands up for it's name. It's right next to the beach and also next to a park area. Well maintained pool. All hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Free WiFi in the hotel communal areas. Decent parking facility. I shall seriously consider visiting again. Well done to the Park Beach team. Thumbs up! Good value.

you get what you pay for
This hotel is very much a get what you pay for. The room had a bit of a funny smell whenever you entered it. It would clear after we ran the A/C or maybe we just got used to it. TV is only Greek channels not the advertised Satellite TV. Breakfast was appalling, the bacon looked like it had been dragged off the back of a truck for miles and the sausages fealt like they had been sitting in the warming dish for days. Overall a bit disappointing but at that price I wasnt expecting miracles. Pretty much a place to rest your head and eat your meals elsewhere as Limassol does have some fantastic restaurants.

I was here for 6 days, recovering from an operation. The view from the room was pleasant but once I managed to go outside, I really enjoyed sitting by the pool or in the lounge which was peaceful. The cleaners were polite and courteous with me and the dining and bar staff were very helpful, particularly the bar manager.

Όλα ήταν ωραια, αν και έμεινα μόνο ένα βράδυ. Πολύ καθαρό και ήσυχο δωμάτιο το 518 (και όλη η σειρά διπλανών δωματίων) αφού έχει ωραια απρόσκοπτη θεά προς τον κήπο, τον πεζόδρομο και τη θάλασσα, (που μπορείς να κολυμπήσεις), αφού δεν παρεμβάλλεται δρόμος με οχήματα. Άνετος και ελεύθερος δημόσιος χώρος παρκαρίσματος με πολλά και ποικίλα καταστήματα
