Annual Visit to Limburgerhof

Very nice and spacious room. Breakfasts and dinners were exemplary. The front desk personnel were nice and helpful.

Good size rooms which were very clean. Good bathroom. Lovely breakfast with lots of choices. Outside the hotel looks and bit shabby, and limited outside parking.

Das Check-in und Check-out war voll digital, kein Personalkontakt. Ganz praktisch wenn mann zu spät kommt, schon müde und wollte nur noch schlafen gehen. Parkplätze war auch noch vorhanden zu späten Stunde.

Ein sauberes 4 Sterne Hotel, dass wir als Familie für 2 Nächte inklusive Frühstück genutzt haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir können das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Ist okay, aber seit März 2025 gibt es einen neuen Inhaber und neues Management, welches mit „Nachhaltig“ wirbt, was lediglich heißt, dass Kosten reduziert wurden bei höheren Preisen pro Nacht. Zu höherem Preis, und Monate vorher gebucht, gab es nichtmal Frühstück dazu, das kostet nun natürlich extra. Egal, wollte ich nicht. Aber nun gibt es nichtmal Kaffee oder Tee auf den Zimmern, das war vor einigen Monaten noch anders.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach sehr gut! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet, und der Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ok, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns hier gut gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Bei diesem Aufenthalt war ich leider sehr unzufrieden. Tatsächlich kommt es auf die sich im Dienst befindlichen Mitarbeitenden an, ob man sich als Gast gewertschätzt fühlt, oder eben nicht. Die Zusagen von Hotels.vom für Gold-Mitglieder wurden diesmal ausnahmslos nicht erfüllt.
