La Jandrine – Charming Country House with Heated Private Pool and Large Enclosed Garden

What if your next holiday took place here at La Jandrine, a countryside retreat with a private pool?



Located 25 minutes from Montignac-Lascaux and Périgueux, and 40 minutes from Sarlat-la-Canéda, the house sits in a hamlet 900 meters from a village with a bakery, bar, and hiking trails.



The house sleeps 12 plus a baby, with 5 bedrooms, including a mezzanine. The spacious, bright 60 m² living room features a stone fireplace, exposed beams, and stone walls. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bathrooms with walk-in showers and two toilets. Baby equipment provided: travel cot, high chair, baby bath. Heating is by wood (provided) and oil. Please note: the house is not suitable for very tall guests and has indoor steps.



The private pool, secured by a fence and alarm, is 8x4 m (0.90–1.70 m deep) and open April to late October, weather permitting. Pool heating is available for an extra charge. The 3,000 m² enclosed garden offers a hammock, loungers, parasols, barbecue, fire pit, electric plancha, garden furniture, badminton/volleyball net, ping-pong table, swing, games, toys, and pétanque balls. Two fridge/freezers, washing machine, and dryer are available.



Pets allowed (max 2). Smoking outdoors only. Wi-Fi available.



Please note: bed linen and towels are not provided. The house must be left clean and tidy; otherwise, a cleaning service will be charged. Cleaning is available for an extra charge.



Weekly rentals during school holidays, Saturday to Saturday. Weekends and short stays on request. Parties such as bachelor/bachelorette events are not permitted.
