"Property is perfect for a family stay, roomy, clean, and everything you need inc English TV for the kids and a few games. Swimming pool was lovely, clean, and gated for safety. Hosts were both welcoming and very helpful with bits of advice or loaning of an umbrella when occasion arose. The area is tranquil and beautiful, nearby towns, villages and lakes have everything you might need and make for lovely outings. Lots of good visits further afield too but we didn't bother. "Ideal place for a holiday close to Carcassonne, Trebe is a really lovely village on the Canal du Midi, Villa Rene is a 10 minute walk to the village, with various restaurants to chose from, a short drive to the nearest supermarket. We had a lovely holiday at Viĺla Rene we used the swimming pool daily which was a luxury, we also used the bikes at the property to cycle along the canal paths, all in all a great holiday would definitely go back again thanks Annie and Tommy."

"Great place near the old city. Room was huge, as was the bathroom. It’s not fancy but it was functional and clean. The pool was great for the kids. Didn’t use the kitchenette facilities as we were only there 1 night but they would’ve been handy for a longer stay."
