The hotel was great just a few minutes away from two towns about 10 minute drive to both relax atmosphere vintage classic Spanish field definitely recommended😊

Horrible, frio, el lugar no se encuentra en donde indica el maá, sino que 11 kilometros hacia la cordillera desde linares, muebles sucios, la mesa donde me dieron desayuno estaba con mantel manchado, con hormigas muertas encima, me entregaron una habitación sin llaves por lo que tuve que pedir cambio. Reservé por 2 noches y solo utilicé 1 noche, ya que preferí irme del lugar. Tampoco existe personal adecuado que te reciba, solo la señora que hace aseo, no hay registro de ingreso y salida, el dueño no sabe quienes han realizado reservas. horrible el servicio.

Fue terrible experiencia. No había nadie en recepción, después de 15 min apareció una persona que era del colegio que está detrás. No sabía nada de mi reserva y me quería cobrar 65.000 pesos chilenos cuando ya pagué a de hoteles.com 56.600. Me tuve que ir a otro hotel. Una vergüenza. Espero que me reintegren el pago. Sean honestos
