"Upgraded at last minute to penthouse. Unfortunately the milk had gone off in the fridge and ice tray wasn’t clean, but they hadn’t expected occupancy.Wine and soft drinks very well received but it would have been nice to have had still not sparkling water. King size bed was really comfortable and clean. All rooms impressive apart from chairs at dinning table (little shabby) and no battery in clock in mantel piece. Overall good experience and so glad l upgraded to a much bigger suite."

They requested about the purpose of our stay and on telling them we were there for an event offered us an upgrade on our room. The room provided was spacious with a large comfortable bed - though it was quite high! We also had breakfast booked for the morning and there was plenty of choice for both of us - I had a cooked breakfast, while my wife opted for continental - both options were freshly prepared. All in all, I would definitely stay there again. The outside area of the bar is a delight and gives you the feeling of being in southern Europe rather than the UK!"
