"The front desk lady was rude and unprofessional. I booked with Expedia and it does not display that no animals are allowed. Once I arrived I tried to check in and she denied me, and when I asked for an email or written note saying I was being denied she told me no and refused to give me any documents saying that I was being denied my hotel room I booked and paid for that was non refundable. "

"Parking is a little tight. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Places had an odd spice smell that was kinda gross. Breakfast was odd. Cream cheese was available but no bagels or bread. Woman in charge did not turn on the waffle maker until 7am. Had to stand and wait to warm up. Coffee was cold. Still had a good time. "

"We really thought the hotel was great! Would not hesitate to come back. Told three people about the place. The smores were a nice touch. Anything we would critique would be very difficult to change and has to do with design and would affect the charm and vintage feel of the property. Really hope they add a breakfast. Oh and the pizza came with loads of cheese. Too much? Depends on who is eating it I guess. "

"Overall a decent place to stay but I will look elsewhere if I return. The staff were kind and helpful, the general areas were relatively clean enough. In the hotel room the floors, sheets, and general surfaces were clean enough. The balcony and bathrooms were a disaster. The balcony looked like it hadn't seen by another person in 3 years. The bathroom was nearly unusable. Towels were clean and folded nicely, toilet was clean, sink was clean, but the tub had an old yellow stain that turned your stomach. My kids walked in and said, "okay, no one is taking a shower this trip. Do NOT use that." For some reason the water pressure on the bathroom sink was either firehose or trickle with a very thin line between the two. The breakfast food was mediocre at best. There were very little options and it felt like within an hour of breakfast start time, they were almost out of everything. The breakfast area was pretty small too, and got crowded quickly. My entire meal was spent with at least two other families standing around waiting for us to finish so they could grab our table or chairs. There was only two small trash cans in the area and both were overflowing the entire 20 minutes we were there for breakfast. Overall 1 night wasn't too terrible but again, I'd look elsewhere if I return and I would 100% spend the money to head to a local breakfast spot to avoid this one if I were to stay here again. "
