Beach Haven is equipped with a smart lock located on the back door. Guests will receive key code and arrival information 48-72 hours before check-in.

We love furry friends, but our home is unable to accommodate them.
⭐ No Smoking ⭐
Please refrain from smoking inside or near the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee for odor removal.
⭐ No Parties/Events ⭐
We kindly ask that you not exceed our maximum guest count. Please adhere to local quiet hours of 10pm until 7am. Any noise complaints will result in additional fees.
Smoking is not allowed on the property at any time.
Events or large gatherings are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed inside the home at any time.
Please use furnishings and appliances for their intended use only.
Please be aware Lincoln City has a strict "noise curfew" of 10PM. Be sure to keep noise down after that time. Any noise complaints received will result in a $75 fine.
The community pool is open from Memorial Day through the end of September. The rules and policies for the pool are located in the binder on the kitchen counter. The electronic fob is hanging on the coat hook by the back door. Be sure to return key to hoo when departing. Failure to do so will result in a $60 replacement charge.
Please clean BBQ after each use. Make sure ti is attached to wall of house with bungee cord when departing.
