I was very happy with the hotel and staff. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Hotel was across the street from ocean area and a few miles away from the outlets. We enjoyed a day by the ocean with some shopping. Would recommonate and plan to return for another stay in the future.

The customer service at this Best Western is amazing. You need something they get it on the spot. The breakfast was very good and they had waffles! Everything and everyone was very nice. Especially the customer service, hot cocoa, tea and coffee machine in the lobby 24 available 24 hours a day. The hotel doesn’t have views, but is clean and affordable. The coast is only a few minutes away.

This property was dingy, unclean looking, and the room had an odor. I was on the 2nd floor but there were people running upstairs all hours of the night. I would never return.

Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hot tub was down for servicing with no prior notice before reserving. In addition the bathtub drain was broken and so no bathing was possible.

Very disappointed. Bedding was stained so called front desk to get new blankets. As a business you guys should know better than that. Water is not hot, hot tub was down, stained bedding, and the employee that works late nights is rude. Paid over $200 for one night. Such a waste of money I would have rather slept in my car if I knew how terrible this service was going to be. If I were you don’t stay here I should of read reviews before booking this place.

Planned a little gateway to get the kids out. Single parent, one income family. They were so excited to stay in a hotel where they can swim all day and just get their energy out. Come to find out the pool was out of service as well as the hot tub. Very disappointed. Fire alarm was out of control. Kept going off during the night. Could not sleep at all. The staff kept saying It was a false alarm, but it kept going off. All the guest were checking just as much as I was. Elevator was not working either. Had to take all the luggages and personal stuff up the stairs, very inconvenient with little ones. Staff was very nice though, can’t complain there.

Relaxing Christmas gift
My husband and I decided to go to Lincoln City Oregon as our joint Christmas gift (without our dog). I searched and found Best Western Plus and having an indoor hot tub is what caught my eye. Plus free wi fi and breakfast included.

Would stay again but it would not my first choice
This was not a bad stay by any means. The room was clean however had a musty smell when we arrived. We opened the sliding door and let some air in and it got better. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The room was dated and needs an update but it was clean. The bathroom was very small. The door hit the toilet everytime you closed it. In order to close the door and be in the bathroom you had to step all the way in and stand either between the toilet and sink or toilet and shower. The shower had a curved rod but was missing a screw which allowed it to roll downward. This made it so the curtain would not stay at the edges, it slid to the center about six inches on each side. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good however they were already putting items away at 9 and the breakfast ran to 9:30. We would stay here again but it would not be our first choice.

The rooms are a great size for families. The breakfast was wonderful. Our only complaint was the jets in the hot tub were not working well. We did have a great time.

I did ask for a pack n play for my one year old and i didnt get one. The lobby smelled like smoke when i walked in, i just quit smoking so it was a trigger for me and this was supposed to be a smoke free hotel. But other than that it was pretty nice. Breakfast was delicious and i loved the available coffee machine in the lobby.
