Gray Whale Lookout South is the South unit in a duplex. It is a two level pet-friendly home filled with light, looking out on the ocean and coastal community of Olivia Beach in front and a coastal spruce forest in the back. The beach access and trails in the forest are both a short walk away. Watch the sun set from the deck!

The house is on two levels, with the smaller bedroom, dining room and kitchen on the lower level and the primary bedroom, bathroom and living room on the upper level. There is a small deck on the upper level in front overlooking the ocean and a larger deck in the back looking out into the spruce forest. There is trail access to the forest a short walk away. It's a beautiful place to go walking.

You will have full access to the South unit in the duplex. The driveway is shared with the North unit. The South unit has 2 to 3 off-street parking spaces. The North unit has access to a fenced front and side yard. This, the south unit, has access to an unfenced back and side yard. We only offer 30 day stays or longer.
