Are You Otter Your Mind is a cozy and comfortable retreat ideally located in the heart of Lincoln City. With the beach steps away, this condo offers the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning coastal views.

The condo sleeps up to four, with a king bed in the private bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, providing plenty of space to unwind. We also welcome up to two pets (with a $50 fee per pet) because your furry friends deserve a coastal getaway, too!

Relax after a day of beach adventures by the fireplace, take a dip in the pool or hot tub, or enjoy some friendly competition in the game room. With a central location close to shopping, dining, and the casino, you'll have everything you need for the perfect getaway.

Come stay at Are You Otter Your Mind—where comfort and fun are always within reach, and the only thing you need to worry about is whether you're otter-ly relaxed enough!

Heads up! A large-scale construction project is kicking off in August 2025 at Surftides Plaza. Expect daytime noise, visible crews, and general disruptions throughout the property. If you're looking for a peaceful daytime retreat, this likely won't be the right fit at this time.

Easy acces for my elderly mom who loves the coast

The check in was a breeze, The unit was very clean, and was very cozy for our stay. We had everything we needed. The location is amazing and it a perfect spot for us!!!
